Debe ser una buena tienda. Lastima que no tengan personal hispano en la atención a clientes. El joven que me atendió fue amable aunque no hizo ningún esfuerzo por buscar comunicarse mejor conmigo. Da la impresión de ser una tienda surtida aunque no hubieron coples para tubos galvanizados. Quizá sea por la demanda de estos momentos.

Absolutely the most helpful staff. I went there to connect to some hard to find pvc pipe flanged connection and and the guys behind the counter helped me select and buy the correct PVC flange and related parts.

Dreadful service. Wall of empty Kohler parts. When I asked if he could call his sister store in Rosenberg to see if they had the part, response was a simple “no”. Three customer service agents, one other customer in the store. Very disappointing. Amazon 1, Morrison’s 0.

I purchased Kohler faucets from Morrison Supply in Stafford six years ago. The drain parts were losing their finish and I couldn’t find replacement parts via the Kohler site so went in to see what my options were. Steven welcomed me and asked how he could help. He said he thought the parts should be available and may be covered by warranty so he called Kohler. Once Kohler picked up he was right on both accounts – the parts were available and the would be covered 100%. What service! I am so glad that I purchased from Morrison and that Steven was there to help me. I am now working with Steven on replacing our kitchen sink and faucet. Thank you!
