Mitch and Matt from Doug Turner plumbing were really great. They helped me fix my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and were super helpful. I purchased me own faucet and not only did they give me advice on what to purchase but then came back the day it came in to install it. They were both super friendly and worked hard to clean everything up before they left.

On August 27, 2025, Terry from Doug Turner Plumbing Co. came to my home to replace the sink/vanity, the toilet in my master bathroom, and a hose bib. From the start, Terry was very professional, respectful, and kind. He carried himself with a calm and gentle demeanor that immediately put me at ease.

Terry spent time consulting with his supervisor and presented me with several pricing options. He explained each one thoroughly, allowing me to choose the option that best fit my budget while ensuring my bathroom would be fully operational as soon as possible.

Although he initially said he wouldn’t be able to pick up the vanity I had purchased from Lowe’s, he later offered to do so. I followed him to Lowe’s to pick it up, and with the help of Curtis (who arrived later), they loaded it into his van and transported it to my home. Curtis was also friendly and professional.

Terry also recommended the company’s MVP yearly membership for $99, which saves 10% on all plumbing services throughout the year and offers scheduling priority. Thanks to that discount, I was able to save over $300 on this project.

I use Doug Turner Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs, and they’ve always done a solid job. Repairs are completed with no problems. Recently after washing a load of clothes, my laundry room and kitchen floor flooded. Chris from Turner Plumbing came out and solved a very complex problem. We had a cracked PVCPVC pipe in the washing machine drain line, very difficult to get to and fix. Chris evaluated the problem, explained everything fully to me, and then did a great job with the repairs. I’m really pleased with Chris’s work, and very relieved not to worry about flooding our floors again. If you want quality plumbing work done with a company that stands behind their work, choose Doug Turner Plumbing. By the way, I very rarely leave any reviews, but I felt one was definitely deserved in this instance.

Doug Turner is the way to go for your plumbing needs. Had a gas leak that gas company had no idea how to deal with. It wasn’t easy to locate. Joey didn’t leave until we were all squared away, fixed up and safe. The whole team followed through from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I called Doug Turner Plumbing and was able to get same day service. Terry and Matt came to my house and provided thorough and quality service. I was quoted a price and agreed to have the work done (clean out and camera). They weren’t able to get the camera because they didn’t have the equipment on their truck.

Mitch came by a little later in the afternoon and was able to get the camera and address issues he found.

All three were courteous, thorough, and professional. I will use them again.
