We needed a plumber on a Sunday and after trying a few different numbers, we called Graham Plumbing. They had a plumber out within 30 minutes of answering the phone. He provided a clear explanation of the problem and what was required to fix it. He was then able to make the repair and showed me the work he did.

I called Graham Plumbing on Monday afternoon about running a gas line for my portable generator. The woman I spoke to was great, scheduled a tech. to come out that Wednesday. We have had multiple jobs done by Chris, Ben, and Brian. From broken pipes, clogged drains to rebuilding a shower pan and more, their work is always quality, they are knowledgeable, responsive and the communication by Angelica and the ladies in the office is always spot on. Drew and I appreciate knowing we have a plumbing company for the last seven years that we can call and they will be here at almost a moment's notice, especially in an emergency. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Quoted me much higher prices than other plumbers. Took a part my tub faucet in an effort to find the problem and to provide a quote but didn't put it back the way they found it -- a piece is missing and he reversed the hot / cold handles! Very disappointing. This took place in late 2023...been meaning to post this! Hopefully, now they have better employees.

By trade, I’m a project manager with an engineering background, I manage the construction department with an engineering and construction management firm in the Houston area. Graham plumbing dropped a full bucket off the back of their truck on 290W during morning rush-hour, forcing me and you to ping-pong their trash around the freeway until it ends up on the shoulder baking in the heat.

I sent them three emails to request they remind their drivers to responsibly secure their load. Graham plumbing chose to ignore my emails. I received an out-of-office reply once, so I'm sure they received the messages. I even made it clear I'm not seeking any kind of compensation (even though they threw a bucket at my car at highway speeds).

Please don't give these people your business. They seem like decent plumbers based on the reviews, but good people don't ignore safety issues.

The service exceeded my expectations. Service was provided very quickly - the day after I called. After arriving onsite the plumber called me with the estimated repair cost. The cost seemed fair and I approved the work to be performed. The exterior water faucet was repaired and the pipes were even wrapped for winter! The final cost charged was even a little less than the estimated repair cost (usually its the other way around).

This is the second time we’ve used Graham Plumbing Services, and once again they exceeded expectations.

Benjamin repaired a pipe in our front yard that was busted by a tree root, and Jonathan swapped out our water heater. Both were fast, reliable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable.

I had an outdoor hose faucet that was dripping and needed to get a professional repair due to the amount of corrosion on it.

As I was calling around to different companies to get quotes for the repair, Graham Plumbing Services really stood out in this process by notifying me that they charged a very reasonable flat fee. Most of their competitors play the whole game of making you have someone come out first before they will give any sort of estimate, and I found Graham Plumbing Services’ approach to this process to be extremely customer friendly and helpful!

Scheduling was extremely quick and easy (Angelica was super friendly and up front with their process) and I was able to have someone scheduled to come out first thing the next morning. I received both email and text notifications of the appointment and who would be coming out (Benjamin).

On the morning of, I was kept in the loop of Benjamin’s arrival time and when he got here, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and suggested a full replacement of the faucet at no additional charge, which is a testament to the company’s commitment to doing a good job and a quality repair.

Benjamin gave me an estimate of how long the repair would take along with how long my water would be off for, and he completed the job well inside that estimate. He then showed me the work that he did and even put on new insulation over the faucet!

Overall, I highly recommend Graham Plumbing Services for their transparency, responsiveness, and great customer service.
