This company does great work! They honor their word and complete the job to your satisfaction. We’ve had water heater work done and faucet repair also. Top notch service and we were satisfied. Ask about the Multi Valve Plan. It’s worth it and we recommend it.

Amazing crew. Tyler was awesome and communicated clearly and often (as did the home office). They replaced two water heaters in the attic in about 3 hours. Work area was spotless after they left. Will do business with them again!

He clearly explains the problem, the options, why certain fixes are best, and without any upselling pressure! Can’t forget about his recent sidekick, Taylor! Mitch came out. He assessed my repair needs. He explained everything in detail. Mitch promptly completed the repairs. Overall it was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had.

Mitch and his partner did a great job of installing a new handle in our shower. They were prompt and quick . I had used Mitch last year to replace 3 outside faucets and he did a very good job as well on that job. I would highly recommend using Doug Turner Plumbing .

My plumbing emergency started when we walked into a flooded house after a 9-hour drive home on Sunday evening, October 26th. We were unsure of the problem, exhausted, and stressed, but on the other end of the line was an understanding, empathetic, and reassuring voice, Clayton Turner (the Service Manager). He immediately put me at ease.

I received a call from their office first thing the next morning, and the team arrived by 8:30 AM. I was immediately impressed by the crew. Mitch and Terry are clearly extremely experienced, true professionals who know their trade inside and out. They were working with Curtis, who was clearly skilled, attentive, and absorbing everything from his experienced mentors. It was great to see that level of commitment, talent, and mentorship in action as they repaired our main water line.

Beyond just their skill, the professionalism and courtesy displayed by the entire team were unmatched by any business I have ever worked with. Doug Turner Plumbing operates with a level of detail I haven't seen before. They provided clear options for the repair and even advised what they would do if it was their own home (which, notably, was not the most expensive option).

It is an incredible relief to know that I will forever have a plumbing company I can trust. They treated me like a member of their family. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had multiple issues that needed addressing and none of them were straight forward. Terry was very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and gave us several options for approaching the repairs. We were very pleased with the service and will be using them again in future.

We had a pipe leaking above our stove and they came in and quickly diagnosed the problem (and other hidden problems), explained what needed to be done, and took care of business. I really appreciated how professional Terry was in communicating with me. Leaky pipes is a bad day, but Doug Turner helped us out quick.

Mitch did a great job for us replacing some hose bibs on the house that required some additional copper pipe for a proper install. Top quality workmanship. Friendly service and still locally owned which is nice to see these days. Would highly recommend Doug Turner plumbing.

They replaced our kitchen sink faucet and the disposal. Appreciate their taking time to explain what would need to be done as the former plumber had not put the faucet in correctly and then the shut off valve was not shutting off properly. With the details of what was needed, they gave us their estimate and returned in two days to make the repairs and new installations. They were very neat, arrived on time, communicated with me during the install and when the job was completed they made sure the area was clean and free of debris. We have used them for years and this job by Mitch was 5 Star!

Mitch is the best plumber I have ever worked with. Had a hot water issue that needed to be addressed. He came out, assessed the situation, ordered the parts needed, and got me up and running. The project couldn't be done same day, but Mitch kept the work area clean, and he kept me constantly informed of the progress. Mitch worked tirelessly to fix my issue. Great work ethic and great attitude all throughout. I really appreciate the fantastic job he did! I highly recommend the team at Doug Turner Plumbing.

I called them for flushing the tankless water heater. They did a great job and were very professional. They also went out of their way to register the product which I had forgotten to do. The explanation of what they did and why the tank was in good shape. Friendly and efficient.

Always on time. Great people. Had a water leak in our office ceiling and they were here within hours to make the repair.
Anyone else would have been days. They do whatever it takes to help us when we need help.

Weekend emergency is never fun nor cheap. Graham plumbing responded fast, arrived fast, fixed the problem fast and wasn’t as bad as I anticipated for a weekend off hours house call. They have never disappointed us. Way to go!

Benjamin was pretty knowledgeable and friendly. He explained to me what needed to be done and what he was going to do to flush my tankless water heater. Everything was done smoothly. I would recommend their service if you need some maintenance for your water heater.
