We had an outside faucet replaced. Jeff couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I highly recommend them.

Alan's Plumbing communicates very well, has been on time or early every time AND they give you a two hour window so you're not waiting on them all day.

Terrible customer service. Talked down to me and threatened to come remove parts and pipes while discussing how I felt I was over charged for a permit. In my home I was told there wasn’t any issues and that we were ready to go but when the bill arrived weeks later it stated the technician had to do additional labor to make it work. After arguing with me on the phone Jennifer says just pay the permit cost. Smh will never recommend this place.

I have used Alan's twice in the last seven years and they are always on time, do high quality work, are affordable and trustworthy. Trevor was on time and repaired the leaking pipe quickly.

There are no words I could say to express my gratitude for alans plumbing! They are absolutely wonderful! Chris and Jaime' we're amazing and did exactly what they came to do and more! I felt like they were family friends who is coming over to help us out! Not only did they cut our previous estimate pricing from Roto-Rooter more than 50%, but they also came same day and we're very professional, and absolutely some life savers! We have used Alan’s plumbing twice now for our home. Excellent service and pricing. I decided to leave a review because I had to google them tonight to get their number to call them tomorrow morning for a new issue we are having lol.
These guys are great.

Alan's plumbing was great! We had a major water leak inside the walls that was ruining our flooring and sheetrock down an entire side of our house. Luke and Christian came out and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem and began finding the broken pipe which happen to be outside. The leak was making it way up a sleeve in from our front yard through our slab and into our house. What a mess! Within 4 hours they had it fixed! We had water again within 24 hours and could then begin the process of drying out our home, repairing the damaged floors and sheetrock. And to top the experience off the price to fix it was also very fair! Thank you Alan Plumbing for a great experience through a very stressful situation.

I realized that ALAN BURKHALTER Plumming is not so professional because Alan subcontracts his plumbers, meaning each plumber has his own price for the same Plumming service. For example, I had a yard water leak and the first Alan’s plumber coded $450 estimate but his second plumber coded $1500 estimates. So the fist guy who was assigned to do the job did not show up and the second guy, Mexican showed up for the job and charged me the max price, $1500. Alan does not honor his customers satisfaction.
So watch your wallet.

I just had to share my most recent experience with Alan's Plumbing. I've had 2 parents diagnosed with cancer since Thanksgiving and have been under a tremendous amount of stress, so naturally, when I saw evidence of a leak in my front yard I just about lost it. I immediately called Jennifer with Alan's Plumbing, and as always, she was extremely helpful. I set up an appointment for their first available slot and prayed it would hold out until then.

Just when I thought this company couldn't possibly get any better, as Luke and Jeff have been amazing, I had Eric show up for the appointment. Apparently he is new, and what an unbelievable asset he is to the company. Not only did he give me the best news ever--that the leak in the yard was not mine, but he also graciously agreed to check a leak in my kitchen and an issue with one of my bathroom sinks. He told me what was needed for the kitchen and resolved the issue with my bathroom sink and then refused to charge me for the trip. Eric was kind, and helpful, at a time when I truly needed it, and I am so grateful.

Upon leaving, we ran into my neighbor (the unfortunate bearer of the leak), and he was kind enough to take the time to show him what he showed me, explain some of his options, and provide him with a card. I simply cannot say enough about this company and will never use another plumbing company again. Thank you, Alan's Plumbing, for being a stand up company in a world full of companies with little to no integrity at all.

At this point I'm fairly certain if there's such a thing as a poltergeist living in plumbing we've got a big one. Oh the stories I could tell. As a result I have had several plumbing companies here and know more about plumbing than I want to know. Not one has been hired by me again. I'm not a construction contractor but I've got several in my immediate family that live out of state and can't be here and at this point they call to ask me about our plumbing because they like a good laugh. I called Alan's Plumbing. I'm so impressed I can say that it will be a cold day in hell before I let another company in this house. They're very competent. Their rates are competitive and fair, (I would know.) Jaime was so impressive that I pulled the trigger on replacing the toilet in our half bathroom and they'll be here tomorrow. I'm not impulsive, especially when it comes to the "trades". I don't like to pay for something twice. I'm confident that if I hire this company to repair a plumbing problem they won't need to come back.
