We contacted DryMedic of Sugarland based on a referral from our inspection company and could not have been more impressed. The team answered all of our questioned and remediated exactly to plan. If we ever need any related services again we will be using DryMedic of Sugarland.

Competitive bid a job for duct cleaning in my home. The crew was extremely polite and efficient. They also had the best price for the service provided. I would certainly use them again.

Rob and Dry Medic were phenomenal to work with. We had a waterline burst in our master bathroom tub. Once the source of the leak was located they found all the mildew and mold, educated us on the mold (not toxic mold in this case), and the best route to mitigate it.

From start to finish Rob was very knowledgeable and professional and really everything we could have asked for. Once we had a game plan Eric came in and was also extremely professional and efficient. Thank you guys for your help, definitely have my recommendation to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Dry Medic of Sugar Land enough! About a month and a half ago, I discovered mold in my home and made a quick phone call. By the very next day, one of the owners, Rob, was at my house to assess the situation and walk me through next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

What stood out most was that Rob never pressured me into unnecessary work or expenses. As a clinician myself, I’m used to working on a team to take care of patients — and the way Rob and Kurt approached my situation made me feel like I was the patient and they were my care team. They completed the work quickly, communicated with me at every step, and even checked in afterwards to ensure everything was resolved.

Special shout out to Eric, one of their field managers. He spent several days in my house making sure every last bit of mold was treated and taken care of. Eric was friendly with my family and even let my dog be his assistant for a day. Thank you Eric for your compassion!

Absolutely incredible help from the Dry Medic crew. I had a small leak in my kitchen from my upstairs bathroom and they immediately helped to remediate the damage from the leak, and even recommended a fantastic plumber who fixed the leak. They left equipment here which dried my carpet and ceiling perfectly, eliminating any concern of mold growing. I instantly felt better once Eric and Rob showed up. These guys are real pros who care about people and their craft! Totally recommend them for any job.

Rob was my rep and reviewed the inspector’s report thoroughly. He stayed in close communication with the inspector to ensure the job would be done correctly. He was fair, transparent, and very responsive throughout the process. We had a delay waiting for funding, and Rob was patient and maintained excellent communication the entire time. Any issue or question I had, he jumped on immediately and made sure it was resolved.

When it came time to do the work, Eric arrived, gathered all the necessary information, and got right to it. His partner Jack worked alongside him, and together they did an amazing job. They kept the workspace clean, were respectful of our home, and completed only the necessary demo to get the job done. They even went above and beyond in a few areas that weren’t originally discussed — no complaints, just solid work.

Highly recommend Kurt, Rob and their team! Within a few hours of testing positive for the scariest mold you can have in your home, there was a plan in place and they were able to start within 48 hours. They kept us updated every step of the way. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to be there for any of the work and never once questioned or doubted what needed to be done!

Hopefully they won’t hear from me in the future, but if we have an issue with mold again, I know exactly who to call!
