Our technician did a wonderful job. The price was fair - we got 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, the stairs and a large playroom for $417. He was lovely; he was quick; the carpets look fantastic. I'd hire them again.

One of my rental properties had a leak in the bathroom (I received the call at 5 am). By the time I arrived the water had spread into the bedroom, down the hall and into the next bedroom. I called VODA at 6:15 am, they arrived at 9 am with fans and dehumidifiers. They pulled all the carpeting up and were out of the house before noon. The guys were very efficient and worked with my tenants (who were 2 elderly sisters) to insure they were safe and understood what was happening. The fans and dehumidifiers were there until Monday when Voda came and made sure the concrete was dry.
I am very impressed with the way they handled the emergency that we had, they were patient and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Voda for any cleaning and restoration you may have - emergency or not.

The turn around time from my request to Voda fulfilling the need was very small, next day service. The Technician Craig was polite and profession. 1 hour resolution. 3 days I've had someone out, Voda was the resolution, THANK YOU Voda!

Craig is truly an expert! He answered all our questions, explained the process every step of the way, wore the slip ons over his shoes so the floor wouldn’t get scuffed up, and did an amazing job cleaning two stories worth of vents that led up to roof. The service was both time effective and cost effective without sacrificing quality!
