We had a water emergency very late at night. The 2nd floor bathtub overflowed, soaked through the carpet and floor, and flooded the 1st floor. We were shocked and called around for help at about mid-night. SERVPRO recorded my number but never called back (they did in fact called back 3 hours later, but we already decided to work with Rainbow). Rainbow International took my call and gave emergency instructions immediately which reduced our worries so that we were able to sleep that night. Eventually they helped us restore the place complete dry. Their workers are very professional. They are transparent on prices. This is a reliable service that I would recommend to all of my families and friends.

I returned from vacation to find there had been a fire in our bedroom. The bedroom was a total loss and there was smoke damage all over the house. We were devastated! But Maria and crew from Rainbow International of Sugar Land made us feel like everything was going to be ok. They walked us through the process, worked closely with us and the contractor and were incredibly profesional and caring! It took us 3 months to get back in the house and during that time Maria and crew updated us daily. They were up front with their information and explained every detail every step of the way.

I would highly recommend Rainbow International. I was living in a rental home that had extensive mold growth. The mold was growing through the floor boards, baseboards and through the walls and ceiling in areas. The owner kept dismissing my complaints and only provided me with bleach and mold primer to paint over it. The growth kept coming back and even got worse. It started growing on my furniture and personal items. I didn't know what to do. I called Rainbow International and they came out the very next day. They surveyed the mold in the house and on my belongings and spent several hours there advising me what actions to take and even spoke to the owners of the house for me. They were very professional, nice and very thorough. I felt that they really did care about my safety and well being. They really took a lot of time out of there schedule to help me address my situation. They even recommended a mold tester who came out immediately and took samples of the mold and sent them out to a lab to check they type of mold that it was. I stopped living in the house immediately and followed Rainbow International's recommendations on decontaminating all of my personal belongings. Josh was the technician who came out to survey the house. He did such a thorough job and explained everything to me. He was very extensive in his survey and gave me a lot of information. Maria Slay also came to my home and was such a pleasure to work with. She really went above and beyond what was required of her. She even watched my infant son for me while I met with the mold tester. I had Rainbow International transport all of my furniture to their warehouse for proper decontamination and cleaning. I had many pieces of antique furniture that were passed down from my great grandmother that had mold growth on them. Rainbow treated all of my furniture three times and kept it for observation to make sure it did not show any more mold growth. After all the furniture was given a clean bill of health I picked it up from them and moved it into my new rental home. The furniture was immaculately clean and polished. The service they provided was worth every penny spent. I have had no further issues with any mold growth or mold problems since. All the furniture has remained in perfect condition and has shown no further mold issues since being cleaned. I cannot say enough about the quality of work these people do and I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive here. Maria Slay is a very compassionate and caring person. You must ask for her. She will make sure you are taken care of and she will make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. I give this company 5 stars. They are excellent in every way. I don't feel this review gives them the credit they deserve. These are the best people you will ever meet and they will take care of you.

Chris and Maria came out in repsonse to a leak in my house. It was a mess! Chris immediately got to work to dry my place out as necessary. At all times he was courteous and thoughtful. His team did a great job and I am very grateful for his help.

Had a leak in the master bathroom and my insurance company called Rainbow International of Sugarland and Katy. I could not have been more pleased with their service. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up the mess and showed up promptly for each and every service call. I highly recommend them! Very honest and trust worthy company.

Frozen pipe. Chris and his team were compassionate about the damage and mess and did a great job cleaning up and checking on the progress of the walls drying out. When his part was done he cleaned up, packed up, and was efficient. He explained the typical insurance process and even recommended some construction people. Top notch guy and company. I hope i never need him again but will use him if the unfortunate happens again.

We had water damage due to leak in a water heater. Chris from Rainbow guided us through the insurance claim process and did a great job, fast and efficiently, to dry out the affected areas. We had the first ever "nightmare" experience with about 2 inches of water under our hardwood floors that cover about 2/3 of the 1st floor in our home - to say the least Rainbow came in and not only did they completely dry us out, they were kind, polite, professional, TRUSTWORTHY, and empathetic to our problem. We were forced to be out for about 3 weeks and they just did a great job to get the process of repairs started. Thank you Chris, you were all just wonderful!!!

We had water damage from a leaking refrigerator. This was obviously very unsettling for us as we assumed the worst. Chris was able to assess the situation very quickly and give us a very reasonable estimate. Their assessment was way below any of the competitors and their quality of work was top notch with very little to no damage to sheet-rock and existing structure.
More importantly Chris showed genuine concern for the well being of our property and was extremely honest.

I had such a good experience with Lovlish and his crew at Rainbow Restoration, I can't brag about them enough! From the moment they walked in, I was given excellent information on what services I need and which services would be a waste of money. We had our toilet explode and flooded the whole downstairs. Lovlish and crew came that morning, got rid of all the water and cleaned up everything by the afternoon.
