Kurt and Rob did an incredible restoration on my home and truly brought it back to life. I was in such a tough spot because of the builder who originally built my house. I even had mold forming on the front side. They came in, worked efficiently with my insurance company, refused to take no for an answer, and went above and beyond to get my claim fully covered. Drymedic took the time to thoroughly explain their process. Comparing them to two other mold companies, Drymedic was by far the best, not only in price but also in the quality of their work. The other two companies failed to address a vital part of mold remediation: containing the treated areas and they didn't use commercial dehumidifiers before mold removal. Most people aren't aware of how proper mold remediation should be done, and it's a shame that many companies exploit this lack of knowledge. He also called me personally after the work was completed to check on things. It’s obvious this company has great values with a high emphasis on customer service.

Drymedic provides a high quality service from start to finish. We found that their rep was on time & had a good grasp on our mold situation. The proposal was much more thorough than the other competitors. Even though their price was significantly higher than the others, we would come out better with their attention to detail. The crew was prompt, super friendly & did a terrific job. We tested negative for mold after using their service. We only had one issue & that was that our hvac plenum had been left open at the end of the job. This was easily remedied.

When they completed the work, it was $600 more than I thought. I expressed this and they said this is how much it cost. Then I was out of town for a week. On the 8th day after I received the bill, I went ahead and paid my bill. Also on the 8th day, they called an acquaintance of mine to try to get me to pay my bill (already paid). I was called by another unrelated person like a bill collector to pay a bill only 8 days after i received it. Totally unprofessional.

Restoration ResQ was highly recommended by a friend who used them ~ we needed our A/C ducts cleaned and they did a fantastic job! We live in an older home ~ their thorough cleaning made a huge difference in our air quality. So glad we found them!

JR and his crew did a great job cleaning our vents and cleaning up after themselves! This is the second time we have use them. With the high humidity in Houston, you really have to get your vents cleaned regularly. It has made a huge difference in the amount of dust in the house and also really helped our allergies. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with.
