For a couple of years now, I've had cleaning services for my home and office. They're always on time, and their cleaners do an excellent job. They also offer a junk removal service.

Great service. Friendly. If there was ever an issue they fixed iy promptly.

This cleaning service was gifted to us by a friend, and overall the cleaning itself was acceptable. There were just a couple of small areas missed, like the vents and the top of the fridge, but nothing major. Based on the cleaning alone, I would have given 4 or even 5 stars.

However, after the service, I discovered that a $50 Amazon gift card—received at our baby shower and kept in the same spot for weeks—was missing. The only time it could have gone missing was during the cleaning, as the workers were the last people in our home before we noticed it was gone.

I brought this concern to the owner, but unfortunately, there was no resolution—only denial because of the trust she had in her worker’s word after asking them about it. While I understand that situations like this can be difficult, but the lack of accountability was disappointing.

I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but the absence of any attempt to make things right doesn’t sit well with me.

They shampoo the carpets at my rentals and do a very nice job. Reasonable prices.

I've been using Mahoney's for years. The ladies do a great job and are always accommadating.

Highly recommend. Loved everything about my service. I'm doing my happy dance right now. Why did I wait so long???!

I do not like giving reviews, especially negative. I enjoyed speaking with Imelda and several of the crews did a good job. I understand accidents happen and expect them to tell me. They do not. The last time two burners on my gas cooktop would not come on. They left my Neato robot vacumn and charger on the kitchen counter. Some of the employees take pride in doing good work and some do not. The price charged is not in line with the quality of work overall.

Poor service. They don't do what the say they do. They won't use a broom to sweep floors only a vacuum cleaner. There was a small piece of paper on the floor and if the vacuum cleaner doesn't pick up, it stays there. We asked, we were told "It takes too long to sweep"

They also don't do what their brochure says they do ...like double mop. And they almost always never put back things where the put them. We had heavy furniture moved in the middle of the walkway and left there. The same goes with moving knick-knacks and dusting.

They did my first clean to charge me a hefty price and it was good. the 2nd clean was not so great, and I questioned with pictures of dirt on my kitchen floors and counters right after cleaning. I get a response a week later saying they are discontinuing the service for me because they can’t efficiently work in my house. Very disappointed and it feels like they just wanted to do 1st clean and run with the money.

Beautiful job. I sold my 4000 square foot home and needed to have it spotless for the new owners. I hired Mahoney's cleaning after they were recommended by a trusted friend. I could not have been more pleased. They did all of the usual expected cleaning but attention to detail was wonderful; drawers and cabinets cleaned and vacuumed, baseboards and ceiling fans cleaned, window sills and window frames scrubbed. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

We used Mahoney's cleaning service for many years and rarely had anything to complain about. Recently we changed from weekly to bi-weekly and were told that the rate would go up due to the additional cleaning that would be necessary. (There are only two of us in the house, but ok). Also, the base rate was increased as well, which is to be expected due to the cost of everything nowadays. However, the bi-weekly cleaning took the same amount of time to finish as the weekly cleaning, which actually had been decreasing for some time. When questioned about the fact that the house apparently wasn't needing more work for the bi-weekly service and that a wipe-test of the floor showed considerable dirt, these people decided we weren't worth the business and canceled us. So long-term customers are not needed, and if you mention anything that isn't done correctly, they don't care about providing the service they advertise. I guess they are so busy they don't need our business.

This company is probably the worst I've used ever and I've been having my house cleaned for 10+ years by different companies. They're cleaning is mediocre and charge so much money. They're supposed to schedule a cleaning every 4 weeks but never do on their own. I always have to hunt them down to schedule the cleaning and when it's been over 4 weeks, they charge so much extra money. They never tell us how much they're going to charge until after the cleaning is done and then threaten to call the police if we have anything to say about it. Stay away from this company because they are definitely not reliable and are corrupt.

We used them for several years. At first, great cleaning and very responsive. Then they started ignoring our requests. Our cats hide and we sometimes had them come when we were gone. Several times I texted the owner to remind her that they should not close any closet or bedroom doors because the cats would be cut off from food. Repeatedly they ignored this. After the third time and our poor kitty being denied food for 24 hours because of their negligence, we fired them. Avoid them at all costs.

Reliable and professional dryer vent cleaning service. I’ll definitely schedule regular cleanings in the future.

I’m constantly working so I’m often unable to clean my home as often as I would like to. The young lady Seven I remember her name because it was unique in my opinion did an awesome job, took care of my things while cleaning as if they were her own and was very friendly and respectful. I would recommend 2 maids and a mop to any and everyone!

Two Maids completely blew me away with their Deep Clean service. From the carpets to the walls, everything was BETTER than described. Definitely using them again and would recommend to anyone in the market!

Two Maids & A Mop clean my house in an efficient and professional manner. The employees are always personable and polite. Their attention to detail makes me feel they treat my home as their own. I highly recommend them.
