Setting the appointment was quick and easy. Three staff members arrived and jumped right into their work. Very organized, methodical and efficient. They were able to finish our 3400sq ft home in just under 3 hours. It smelled fresh and clean and looked great. I had explained that I needed a special cleaning to reduce pet hair and dander as I had visitors coming who were allergic. The team did a really good job going over furniture and fan blades...any areas that would be prone to collecting pet hair. It made the visit much more enjoyable for our family.

They have definitely earned a customer for the foreseeable future. With both my husband and I working full time, our home was starting to look a little neglected. We knew we needed help, so after spotting a service car on the highway, I decided to give them a call and have them come out. Marilyn in particular was incredible! She is an asset to Maid Right of Richmond/Sugar Land for sure. We're so unbelievably happy with how the house looks now, and we'll happily be recommending MR to anyone who needs a regular cleaning service like we did. We will look forward to seeing them now every 2 weeks!

P.s.- They're great with pets! We have 3 cats and they were incredibly patient with them while cleaning.

Ka'Vonda and Don have been cleaning our house for the past 6+ months. They are an amazing team together working on the house. My family is consistently happy with the result of the cleaning and they truly go above and beyond in every detail. They are very professional as well as personable. I couldn't ask for a better team.

I spoke with Angie at Maid Right and received and estimate for my Elderly Parents home in Riverstone. I was very happy with this companies responses and time frame to get someone to come out. They worked around our schedule and were very helpful with making sure we got someone who would best fit our needs. They arrived promptly, great communication, the Maid that arrived did a thorough cleaning top to bottom and was a delight to my parents. I had spoken with Angie about specific things I wanted taken care of and they paid close attention and made sure they were done. My parents were so pleased and felt safe and that the Maid did an excellent job. I feel this company did exceptional and provided exactly what I wanted and asked for in a 1st time clean. We have now set up a continuous cleanings in the future because of the experience.

I called this company after my other maid service flaked out on me and had me waiting for seven hours. I even had to call out of work for the day. This place answered my call, staff was extremely polite (especially Wiley), and two maids arrived in just a few hours.

On top of that, my other service (the late one) called me back after I had scheduled with Maid Right. The Maid Right staff was so nice that they helped cancel the order and then maintained being professional when I called them back yet again to reorder the service after the late one just never showed up.

This place needed CLEANING! It is a small apartment being used for minor furniture storage, so there wasn’t anyone around to clean for months. They did a great job! Make sure you are present if you need furniture moved for cleaning though.

Long story short, I wish I had went with Maid Right in the first place.

I just had my home cleaned for the 1st time and enjoyed the service overall. I had a couple minor issues, and Lenette offered to have the team come back asap, but I declined because they were easy fixes. Overall, the team thoroughly scrubbed all the areas I don't get to on a regular basis (baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, oven, etc). The price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. I would recommend them as they seem willing to please and do a great job! House smells great!

Ashley and her team of ladies did a wonderful job. I needed a one time deep clean before we welcome our baby girl into our family in a couple weeks. They did so well with all the dog hair and kids stuff. Very grateful and would use them again.

I’ve used Maid Right for almost 2 years and have been very happy with Monica and her team! She always works hard and makes sure the job is done well. Cindy has also been very understanding and communicative regarding my services. Professional company and kind workers, highly recommend!

I would give a 0 star if I could. I got a quote from them and requested a move out cleaning service for $215. They come the first day but the electricity went out and they scheduled me another day. Next day they came everything is normal, I got a phone call from them said they spend more than 2 1/2 hours to clean it and they need to charge me $380, almost doubled!
We finely agreed to pay $300 and I double checked with them they said its been completely cleaned. And when I come look the home today, they never clean the cook top, I called them immediately and they told me they were ran out of time, if I want them come clean it I need to pay more!!! The owner was yelling at me over the phone says my home is dirty. So they can only clean the "clean home" and they will never complete your "dirty home"! Do not use them, worst experience ever!!

Love the women of Maid right. They are professional and easy to work with. My house always looks wonderful when they are finished.

I will start by saying that my low rating is in no way reflective of the owner of this business, but for the team (Peter and co..)that cleaned my home. I booked with this company based on the reviews I saw here,but I must say I was extremely disappointed. I had an appointment for deep cleaning to get my home ready for staging/sale today. For starters, my floor was not mopped. Master suit which is the focal point for home viewing was poorly cleaned. Bed looked like my 10yo made, bathroom will definitely need to be scrubbed down again. Trash is my my guest bathroom was not emptied. Dirty dishes ( 2 cups and 2 plates) that my kids used for morning breakfast were left untouched in the sink. My have an appointment with my realtor to take pictures of my home to put in the market this weekend. With the look of things, I will have to reschedule and have the home re- cleaned to be ready for staging.
Like I said, this rating isn’t for the owner. She was able to work with me and issued me a little discount for the inconvenience. But I must say that this will be the 1st and last business with them.

I had called this company for their maid services since my maid was out of town she asked me so many questions abt the square footage and room and bathrooms and then when I asked her how much she said 100/- PER HOUR . They are out to STEAL YOUR MONEY. WHO charges 100/ an hour . This is Insane!!!!

Excellent company that always does a great job. I’ve had them for a year, and I couldn’t be happier!

Used this service upon recommendation from a fellow Texas Parent FB member. They did a first time deep cleaning for my sons 2 bed/2 bath condo in West Campus and it looks like new, fresh and clean when he moved in the unit 2 years ago. They had trouble finding the building and arrived a bit after our time slot, but I was so relieved to not have to do it and they did such an impressive job that I will hire them again and give them 5 stars. Christy, whom I spoke with most was incredible!

I love the services Trustworthy offers! The wonderful ladies that come out and clean never seem to fail on impressing me. I love the fact that they keep an open communication with the client during, before, and after the cleaning. I Highly recommend this company to everybody reading this.

I used this company for the first time for my home of 3bdrms & 2 bathrooms. I must say I was very satisfied with the maid services. Both maids we're friendly and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with the services and will use Trustworthy Cleaning again!

Jessica and Marsala did a wonderful job. They were punctual, polite and took care of all my requests for my move out cleaning.

I don’t think everybody has the non-sensible way of moving like this woman here I don’t want to crap on the whole company, but I do know for a fact, they need to dissect who brings quality and mindfulness into their work ..
When I see this now, I wonder if the same rag to clean my toilet, was cleaned with my counters…

Im a single mom and had to go out of town for a week. I left my house out of order i’m just now coming back to a clean house would have been a huge weight off my shoulders so I hired trustworthy clean.

While writing this I decided to check my bag at the top of my closet money had to be stolen I had 2k up there now I’m looking at $300
I don’t even know what to do about that 😮‍💨all I know is God has watched every thing these woman have done in every home they have done it in .
