First time we had our home professionally cleaned and very satisfied with the quality of service. We forgot to include the media room in the estimate and they serviced it for free. Highly recommended.

HCC of Sugarland is not only always right on time, but they are efficient while in your house. “White glove” cleaning and, when I was in a pinch for an unexpected service, they figured out a way to accommodate me. But most of all, they are supremely honest and I trust them explicitly. Thank you Lambert and crew....my house smells and looks brand new when you leave.

I called lambert and his team last minute needing my home cleaneded before the new owner moved in. I didn’t think he would be able to do it on such short notice but he adjusted his schedule and made it happen. His communication is on point. He sends you text messages to keep you posted every step of the way. When I saw the house after he cleaned it, I was so impressed my jaw dropped. We called Home Cleaning Centers of America by comparing a few flyers and picked them over the others due to their "to the point details" on services offered. Called them and discovered that I knew the owner. Lambert came over and explained in detail all that they would clean/address. We hired them to clean our house and they did an awesome job.

After trying a number of services and giving up on them, my experiences with the Ortega’s have exceeded my expectations. They are polite, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. They are very detailed in their work. At the end of their visit Mr Ortega does a quality inspection with the “white glove” test! Very impressive!! Excellent work, reasonable prices, very nice people.

We recently moved out of a rental house and with no time to clean up, I called HCCA! Mr. & Mrs. Ortega was able to meet with us, give a fair estimate, and clean up all within the specified time frame we requested. The Ortega’s did a fantastic job, delivered great customer service, and the fact they are a family owned business was a plus! We highly recommend HCCA!

Overpriced first time deep cleaning is a Scam; no different than a normal clean.

The cleaning staff is not open to comments about their work (e.g. forgot to clean an area, redo the blinds, etc.).

In my opinion, Lambert (from Home cleaning centers of America) is not interested in repeat business; only interested in getting a higher price for the first time clean in which he promises the world, but does not deliver; I still had dust flying around when they left my house.

Lambert from (Home cleaning centers of America) wanted extra money for the first time cleaning even though my house had been cleaned on a regular basis. I agreed, but I did not notice any difference between their first time cleaning service that I paid extra for vs. a normal cleaning that I have had in the past.

After the workers finished cleaning my house, Lambert asked me to review their work and to let him know if all was good, I pointed out some things that were not clean, they did tend to some of them and the others they did not have time for because they had another appointment.

I called Lambert for a follow-up cleaning and he said that because I pointed out some areas that the cleaners did not clean, the crew was not happy and did not want to come back and clean my house.

I am very disappointed with their service.

Lambert is very friendly and professional. He and 3 of his team came over to clean and were done in about 1.5 hrs for a 4 BR, 2.5 BA home I'm renting. His price is reasonable and the team did a quality job. What I really liked was his follow-up to ensure I was happy with the results with offer to come back and address any concerns. I reported that the sink plug was no longer work after his visit (not his team's fault as I live in an old rental home) and he came that weekend to look at it and try to fix it. He explained the problem in detail and offered to go get the parts and come back and fix it but I told him it's really my landlord's problem but appreciated his time and detailed assessment of the issue. I would highly recommend him and his team and plan on using him when I move to a different place on a more regular basis. This was a one-time clean so far and he gave me the monthly rate instead of the first time rate as I plan on using his services after I move. Still, it was very kind.

We've been very happy with Home Cleaning Centers of America. On top of doing good work, the workers are also friendly, and everyone is very open to criticisms and/or direction. If there is something that you think they can do better on, or something that you would like done differently that may be unique to your home, dont be afraid to communicate with them. Home Cleaning Centers provides a great service and makes sure your home is treated as if it was their home.
