They destroyed one of my shrubs and they refused to replace it! Concerned about a small leak, has not come back to check on it! Beware of this business! He texted me regarding the bush once but, no follow up after that! Absolutely destroyed my bush! 10 text message regarding the replacing the bush with NO RESPONSE!!!!! Excellent service, was very knowledgeable about the sprinkler system and how to connect everything. Good price and I will use them for my other projects also. They have a big and good team.

I recently had a sprinkler system installed and other landscaping services done by J & J Landscaping. I have tried on several occasions to have anyone from the company to return to make adjustments to my system. They have been not been responsive to both calls and texts. I guess the warranty is worthless if the service provider does not stand by their work.

They came in less than 24 hours and would have come sooner, but I wasn't available. Charged less than most people around here and didn't try to upcharge me or sell me anything more than I needed.

When they came out they even fixed one of my sprinkler heads that was buried for free.

Great work and definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. I a called for someone to come look at my sprinker system that has been broken and doesn't function. The guy agreed and said yes. I texted him my address and info for the appointment that was done for the following week. I called 3 days prior to my appointment and he said we will come. On the day appointment no one showed up... I called 4x to see what happened, they didn't answer the phone and I couldn't leave a message because their inbox was full of messages.

Please stay away from this business as they are not professional and did not keep their word. I'm very disappointed and I would advice anyone to stay away from doing business with this company. Good luck.

J&J Landscaping came to my home to install irrigation system in my backyard. On the day of the scheduled appointment I was informed that the sod would not be available and it would need to be installed another day (no big deal). The guys proceeded to install the sprinkler system in the back yard and finished in about 3 hours. JJ informed me that when the sod was available to install he would

Contrary the new sprinkler control box on the same day (which was the following Monday). I paid half for the work that had been done and was informed I could pay the rest once the job was completed. After 6 days, I reached out to JJ to get an update on when the sod would be available…..no response. I proceeded to contact with no response for the next 2 weeks. My last message to him was to inform him that I would need to reach out to someone else due to lack of responsiveness. This is not the way to conduct business.

Contrary to my prior post, I decided to proceed with allowing J&J Landscaping to proceed with sprinkler and sod installation (eventually called after writing a bad review). When installing sod, J&J did a poor job of accounting for the number of pallets needed to cover my backyard in the initial quote provided. To make up for the mistake, they paid for any additional pallets that were not provided in quote. However, I did pay for the additional labor. After 2 months of allowing the grass to grow in, I have noticed that there is poor sprinkler coverage towards the middle of the yard. I have called J&J multiple times before getting a response by text. I asked if he could come out to check the coverage of the sprinklers and make adjustments. He told me that he would come out July 14th and ask if I could update my review. I told him that I would update my review once he comes to check the sprinklers. As of today (July 24th), J&J Landscaping has not come to my home to look at sprinklers. It also appears that their website is no longer active. My warning to anyone seeking service from this business…..stay away!!

I hired Geraldo to put in a backyard sprinkler system and to sod the yard. After he left I texted him to save some of the sod that I paid for because it looked like some pieces were dying. He never responded to my texts or phone messages. I also never got a copy of my receipt and I am supposed to have a warranty on the sprinkler. He never showed up Monday to tamp down the sod. Do not pay him in full until all the work us done. Very disappointed.
He did contact me this week and came back and finished the job
He said he had a family emergency. I suggest next time change your message to reflect that.

I did get my warranty so I have changed my rating.
