On Tuesday, April 7th, 2010, I looked online for a Sprinkler Repairs Company. I found several of them. However, I decided to call J&J Landscape and Irrigation Company in Sugar Land.
I spoke to Gerardo, the owner. Explained to him what I need done at my house in Richmond, TX. He gave me an appointment for today Thursday the 9th of April at 4:00 pm. He showed up at 3:58 pm . He checked my Electric Sprinkler System in the garage and immediately showed me what the problem was and fixed it in 2 minutes. He also explained to me how to do it myself. In addition, he programmed the system for me where it will run automatically from now on.

Gerardo didn't charge me for what he fixed. This young man is knowledgeable, professional and polite. I have discussed with him putting flowerbeds and flagstone route in the backyard.
I recommend him 100% . In fact, I have already mentioned him and his company to my relatives who have houses in the area and will refer him to my friends as well.

Install was ok…..but several rotors quit turning. I have tried to get him to honor the 1 year warranty for the first past 2 months. He has missed 3 appointments. I recommend using someone else. I will update the review if he contacts me to make things correct.

Gerardo came out the same day to fix my sprinkler when I snapped a pipe. He also replaced a few sprinkler heads that have been long over due.
I definitely recommend J&J for landscape and sprinkler work. This is my second time working with Gerardo and it won’t be my last.

Fantastic job done by Gerardo and his team. Installed new bermuda grass and worked really hard from around 8 am to after 5 pm. Took the time to test out the sprinkler system after installation to make sure all the sprinklers were functioning properly and correctly position. Even fixed a couple sprinkler heads that were broken free of charge. Gerardo then helped program the sprinkler system. The price was more than fair and I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism, work ethic and quality of work. Will be reaching out to them for all future landscaping projects and recommend them without reservation.

I had already called 3 other sprinkler companies to come and fix my system with no successful contact or even a quote. When Home Advisor sent a notification to J and J to contact me they did so immediately. Ruth sent out Raul and David to my location wishing 30 minutes. They evaluated the problem and gave me a quote right away. It was reasonable but was not sure how long it would be before they could fix it. The told me NOW and would take All of an hour. Fast and the job was done right. Call anyone you like but you probably end up calling these people to get the job done right and quick.

I had a severe leak in my system which I could not repair myself due to my bad back. I called Gerardo and he told me he would be out the next day to take a look. He arrived and took a look at the excavation I had started and informed me that he could complete the excavation and repair immediately. While his team went to work digging he went to get the required materials and the entire job was completed in two hours. He called the following day to make sure that there were no additional problems and that I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors.

Needed estimate for sprinkler system repairs. Gerardo with J&J came out at 7:30 in the morning, checked all the zones, sprinkler heads and whole system, suggested necessary repairs and winterized the system.

J&J Landscape and Irrigation has been great to work with! Gerardo did some repair on my sprinkler some months ago and he was very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. I also called Gerardo today as I was having difficulty turning off/draining my sprinkler system and even though he was not available, he ensured that one of his team members (Erineo Hernandez) came out to assist. Erineo arrived within 30 minutes and not only did he make sure that my sprinkler was off/drained, he went above and beyond to ensure that all my pipes were wrapped correctly. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for "Top Notch" service.

J&J did an amazing job!! I had a complete 8 zone front and back irrigation system installed and my front landscaping done. On his initial visit to send out the first quote he said I may need 9 zones, but was able to get it down to 8 zones adequately. He has the customer's best interest at heart, he uses premium equipment that will last much longer than some other products. I let him have full reign on arranging my front flower bed and he did a fantastic job. His staff was on time and very courteous, he also answered all my texts in a timely manner. My experience with Gerardo and his crew at J&J Landscaping and Irrigation was nothing short of seamless. I fully recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Gerardo and his crew did a fantastic job with my irritation system! Gerardo was a pleasure to work with, he was very prompt to come out and get me an estimate as soon as I called. He is very professional and very very reasonable with pricing! In addition, they used all Rain Bird equipment not cutting any corners with the quality of products. Upon completion of my system Gerardo took the time to walk me through all the functionality of the system and we walked my property to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t choose this company, never commit to their business nor words. I was supposed to get my irrigation installed after they quoted the work needed and then DISAPPEARED, never answer my texts and rejecting my calls. Imagine I have done my system with them - good luck on the given warranty.

I highly recommend this company for any type of work about sprinkler system. They replaced my backflow assembly professionally and fixed the leakage of my sprinkler system fast and affordable.

J&J did a phenomenal job landscaping and fixing our sprinkler system after our pool build wrecked everything. Gerardo was responsive to all our needs and communicated promptly.
