I won’t go to anyone else as long as I live in this area. Mr Jennings is a fair and honest business owner. He even came out on an early Sunday morning. That right there says a lot. For fair prices and good work I recommend this company.

Ernst Jennings is an excellent person to trust with your heating and a/c system. We purchased a new a/c system two years ago. He has been there for us for anything we have needed and we have nothing but high praise for his ethics and prompt attention to our needs.

I had them come out and replace both my HVAC units because one died and the other one was making a lot of noise. They were fantastic. They were quick to respond and easy to work with. My house is older and it gave them many problems to solve, but the got it done!

Service is prompt, professional, accurate, and friendly. Ernst has taken fabulous care of me for several years and has always provided tremendous service with kindness, good character and professionalism with a heart.

Ernst always shoots it straight when completing repairs/fixes to the A/C at our house. He communicates what is happening, what is being repaired, and what the cost will be before performing work. He is very responsive to any issues that come up with our A/C. Most importantly, his prices are very reasonable and he stands by the work that he does. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest person to come work on your A/C.

My son was visiting me this weekend and my A/C wouldn’t kick on. He checked the Sulphur Springs 411 Facebook page for a reputable, knowledgeable A/C pro, and Jennings Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended by at least 75% of the comments—among 32 suggestions. He called Mr. Ernst, and he arrived within an hour. Mr Ernst got my system squared away quickly, was very affordable, respectful, compassionate, and completed the work with integrity. Highly recommended, and I’ll be passing his name along to anyone needing A/C or heating help.

Shout out to Ernst Jennings and his crew for their hard work. We are now proud owners of a central heat and air unit in our attic! Him and his crew busted their butts off for the past two days. I honestly thought it would take atleast a week to install, but I was wrong. Every room is at a cozy 72° and it's honestly the best feeling in the world! Just last night we had oil heaters plugged in and every room was a different temperature. I will definitely recommend him to everyone here on out. I messaged him just last week and he was here within 2 days with a quote and a plan. Hands down the BEST service we have experienced. Thank you again Ernst and crew!!

I thought that Les did very well. He completely serviced both my units and was very thorough about cleaning my compressors. He vacuumed out the leaves in the one that gets a lot of leaves in it. Overall, I am very happy with A&S. I appreciate the break I got with the out of warranty unit last year. If y'all wish, you can put this on Facebook as well.
