Used Kens for 6 years now and they have been great. Always come out when they say they will and recently just helped us on a weekend when our heater died and it was very cold. We lost a computer board in a twenty year old system. They spent the time and found a new one on eBay since they were not made anymore. Otherwise our system would have to be replaced. A huge save for us. Good people!

Ken's Heat & Air provided exceptional service.. it was easy to schedule an appointment within a couple of days for a tune-up/fall check. The service technician was efficient and able to take care of all 4 systems at our place, recommending an annual service plan to save money. The necessary repair was able to be completed after parts arrived (only took 2 days). All in all very friendly and excellent service. Thank you

Ernst came out on short notice to change out a capacitor on one of the condensors at our dental office. He serviced both units while he was here as well. I expected an upcharge for being a commercial facility and for being a doctor, but he charged me very fairly. I greatly appreciate his honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail.
