A wonderful Technician Joseph came to service my home today. He did a great job. He was very relatable. Talk to talk to me very where I can understand what was going on with my system. I appreciate the work that he did and helping me to also troubleshoot for some other areas that might need some assistance in being resolved. I also want to thank the manager who took care of my request in getting someone out here expeditiously to come take a look at my system so thank you.

Mike Adcock our technician found our unit needed to be replaced. Colt the sales rep came out the same day to see us. It was a no pressure sales, which I appreciate. They even made a special trip to Tyler to pick up our unit. The installation crew, Marvin and Saied arrived early and got right to work. They did a great job. They took care to protect our floors when bringing the new equipment. Cleaned up the area where they were working. I am very pleased with the whole process, from start to finish. Xtreme Air also has excellent communication from start to finish. I highly recommend this company. By the way, this is the second unit we have had installed by Xtreme Air.
1/13, today Kenneth came out to inspect the electrical in my house. He was right on time. He was very thorough checking out our electrical system.

These folks came out right away and were very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered many different options to me to work with me on financing and the CSR Samantha has been very helpful and available every time I have called. I recommend these folks highly!

I must say that this morning was an experience that encourages me that there are people in business in this day and age that have the honesty and the handshake of their word what is true and honest and put the customer first and foremost. Miguel, Chase, Micah, Larry and all of the other men that were servicing my home today are examples of what men of integrity are. They represent the business ethics of Extreme Air Services.
Each explained to me on my level in the way I could understand it to equip me to arrive at my decisions.

Kenny came early and checked out unit. Very nice and professional. Also Matthew and Gabriel came to check out plumbing but we were good. Very nice young men. Xtreme Air is the best. Then Mike came and checked our ac and heat unit. Kenny checked our electric. Mike is professional and nice . Did s great job. Always pleased with Xtreme Air

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Xtreme provided. They are professional, efficient and reliable. Within 2 days of us deciding we wanted to upgrade our old, outdated system, they had the Cadillac of systems, “ Trane 5 ton variable speed” installed and integrated into our smart home system. Both sales and the technicians were a joy to work with and we can’t recommend them high enough!

We have recently sent our family members to them for service. If you have AC needs, you simply must give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

Update: A manager called me wanting to meet me at the location this unit was installed. I told him to call me back on a certain date to set up the day and time and I would take time out of my day and meet him. Well that day he supposed to call me has come and gone. This explains why the I got the quality of work I did when the management can’t even do what they say they will.

As a general contractor this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I had this company replace a unit for one of my customers. I pulled up while they were removing the old unit and caught them releasing the R22 Freon into the atmosphere which I made them stop. They did not have a recover machine with them so they had to go all the way back to the shop to get a recovery machine. There quality of work is unacceptable which you can tell that in my pictures. They did not use the proper connectors for the seal tight for the thermostat wire, they just siliconed it. They did a terrible job sealing around the line set going into the A coil. The first time the heat was turned on it did not work. There was a broken thermostat wire at the thermostat they installed and they had wires wrapped around the inducer motor restricting it from turning on and rotating as it should.

I gave them a chance to fix the seal tight end the right way but I guess they thought silicone was the right way.

James did an awesome job 100%. He installed my bathroom vanity and smart mirror. James is very polite and detailed oriented. He kept us involved in the installation process, gave suggestion when needed, and cleaned up very well afterwards. We have bonded with James and are looking forward to have many more home improvement projects
with Xtreme.
