Michael Terry and Justin Thomas were amazing. Michael’s patience and eagerness to educate Justin Thomas was a sight for sore eyes. Leadership like this is hard to find. The acceptance and willingness from Justin to sponge in the knowledge Michael was passing on was breathtaking. I highly recommend Swan Electric Plumbing Heating and Air for all your Plumbing needs.

Techs did a great job finding my leak. Repairs were quick and fairly priced with a 2 year warranty. Very happy with my experience.

The Electrician was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I could tell he was experienced. He described the problem in detail to where I could understand and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. Great Customer Service!

Jacob G was incredible. I called Swan after initially getting an assessment and quote from another company that completely got the problem wrong. Jacob performed an independent review of my system, assessed the issue differently and had my system up and running before the other company could even source the right parts. Incredible customer service! Patient, knowledgeable, thorough and most of all HONEST! I’ll be a customer for so long as I live in Dallas!

I’m a new home owner and I could not have gotten luckier with my electrician. David Campbell and Ryan came to service my home and they deserve all the praise in the world. The most helpful and kind people I’ve worked with. They explained everything they needed to do with great detail. They also addressed all my concerns. I will be using Swan for ALL of my home projects going forward. I could not recommend David and Ryan enough. 100/10. I hope this reviews gets to their managers so they get the recognition they deserve.

Fantastic service. Dawson came in and found out the source of the leak and worked in a methodical way. His helper was also very good. They resolved the problem and were very courteous and helpful. I ended up signing a yearly contract with them.

We bought the annual service plan. I have had great interactions with Kelly and Larry. Two great guys tha know their trade quite well. Furthermore, they both have excellent personalities. I cannot recommend this firm enough.

We had a smart toilet installed today, Dustin and In sorry I forgot the other man’s name. They were both did great work and left everything done to our satisfaction, thanks guys!!

Charles was very professional, honest and patient. It is very stressful bring a single woman with plumbing issues. He made me feel very comfortable about the issue and found the issue in a matter of seconds. He gave a resolution rather than another problem.

The workers are extremely nice and caring, but on a second note, I was expecting them to come back to finish the job today that they had started last week so therefore I had took off a day of work which I lost wages and now I’m having to take off again tomorrow for them to come They never reached out to me to let me know they were not coming today and they know they were supposed to run the drain underneath the deck all the way to the back alley and they didn’t. They were taking a shortcut which they need to run the drain all the way to the back alley This is a very expensive project more than I anticipated. so the technician did not measure correctly, knowing you gotta run the sewer line underneath the deck. So at this point, I’m not very pleased. I’ve not been able to run my washing machine since last week and there’s three people living in this household..

We’ve had Swan out for two separate services in the past week. Both times they were earlier than quoted, friendly, knowledgeable and fast! Fixed plumbing and AC issues previous companies have failed to even diagnose! Jacob quickly found the issues, and gave multiple options to fix at different price levels!

Charles came out and did a terrific job! He inspected, found the issue and fixed it. Gave me tips on what and what not to do. Gave me a fair price, too. Afterwards he recommended a bunch of different restaurants for me and my wife to try since we are new to Texas. Overall great experience and I will be using this company going forward. Hopefully I'll get Charles again lol.

Swan representatives for heating/cooling, plumbing and electric are the most professional technicians I have ever encountered in my life. They are informative and helpful with David the electrician being the best. In December 2025 I had an encounter with heating/cooling, plumbing and electric and they were all great inspections and jobs. Their estimates were fair and accurate without a bunch of things I didn’t need. If asked to give a recommendation I would recommend Swann every time. I started using Swann after a bad HVAC installation and they have been my go to company ever since. Keep up the good work. I do not give good reviews for nothing. Swann is the best!!

Isaiah is great at his job. He has provided me with great service today and in the past, and is always very professional. Takes the time to explain the issue/resolution with great detail to ensure I understand - giving me peace of mind. Thank you very much, Isaiah.

10/28/2025: I called Swan yesterday to come by the house because we suspected a leak. I spoke to Andrea and she said someone could come over as soon as the next day. I was thrilled to hear this, since I had called other plumbers who were not available until a week later, didn’t answer my call, and didn’t service the house’s area.

Dustin and Carlos arrived this morning to check out the area in question and found an in-wall leak from the shower. Dustin provided a reasonable estimate to do the work and I quickly agreed to get the issue resolved.

Thank you to Dustin and Carlos for doing a great job and being professional and courteous!!!!

I will keep Swan in mind for any future electric, plumbing, heating, and air issues that I may have. Thanks again!!!

Honest prompt service. I’ve used Robert for years now for my AC service and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is always quick to respond and does top notch repair. Highly recommend.

As for the service he provided, he was fast, good prices, even threw something in for free.  He did a great job of explaining things to me before he left.  The best part, in my opinion, is what he didn't do.  I swear every time someone services that, they come back saying "isn't it about time you upgraded your unit?"  I need some part or another that hasn't actually failed, but will cost a thousand dollars.  Always with the upsell and I don't know whether they're working me over or the part is really needed.  Robert didn't do that, but gave me the assessment of how things were.  It didn't require replacement parts now, but things are showing wear.  The honest work was surprising, and refreshing.  I've already referred his services to others.

Highly recommended. Honest, fair, and very prompt and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using him for future a/c needs.
