First time customer.Want to thank Braden (Electrician)of Swan Electric , Plumbing, Hearing and Air. Tech arrived on time and was quick to resolve my three way switch and multiple wire problems. He had all my lights and switches functioning correctly. Lastly, the cost for repairs was very reasonable. Thank you Swan Electric and Tech Braden!

stay away from these guys. They are a dishonest as they come.
David comes and gives me a quote and goes over everything the electrician I fired did wrong. I agree and he says he’ll be back tomorrow and if I give him a 5 star review he’ll knock over 10%.
Later I leave him a 5 star review.
David never showed up, some other guy came did less then half the work I was told was needed and that’s it, want same amount. I got the to knock off a couple hundred but they put in a MAINT. agreement without my knowledge for $149.
Now they desired not to refund me. they are the definition of bate and switch. true crooks. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY WE ROB YOU BLIND.

Ben was such a nice and professional tech. He found the issue right away and gave me options to fix it. They got a returning customer on me.

Excellent job from both techs who came out. Very knowledgeable about the service. We did sign up for the monthly plan and will be using Swan for future needs.

First I would like to say they were on time. I truly enjoyed Kevin and Bryce coming to evaluate and repair my A/C drain and my kitchen sink. They also recommended me to have my hot water heater replaced due to the condition. The guys were very knowledgeable and patient, they answered all my questions and looked at all the concerns I had with my home. Thank you so much 😊

Kelly Atkinson was very professional in his approach towards his work and made sure he cleared all my doubts regarding the system and advised important improvements to maintain the system in better conditions. Had a very good experience with him and would highly recommend Swan company and will be using the services in future.

Outstanding company from my first phone call until shaking Brandon’s (electrician) hand as he left.
I called Swan for an emergency inspection at 10:52 AM and it is now 12:54 PM and the excellent young man that checked my house just left.
My hot water heater blew up last night so from the restoration, to plumbing and now electricity being fulfilled in such a timely manner was incredible. Anyone that has gone without water and electricity knows what it’s like, especially with children.
They have a customer for life and I will tell as many people as I can about them

They showed up more than 2 hours before the arrival window. When they couldn't get a hold of me they harassed my wife to give them payment when she had nothing to do with this.

Prices are outrageous and promotions are deceptive. Charged me about $400 to look around and give me a quote. The $400 goes toward their overpriced repair. A competitor (ARS) did the repair more cheaply than if I "saved" $400 going with Swan.

Tried to charge me several hundred dollars to scoot the washer away from the wall enough to look behind it. I did it myself in 30 seconds...for free. Before hiring them just ask them how much they charge for that service.

Kevin and Justin were great! very knowledgeable and thorough. They took their time to explain things to us and were very friendly. They clean out our toilet clog/drain and explained how we could do maintenance for our problem. We are happy to recommend them.

I had an unfortunate power and HVAC incident while getting fiber installed in my house but Swan Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air was able to save the day’s emergencies BEAUTIFULLY!!
Jacob worked efficiently and endlessly hunting down the multiple issues that arose while working to get my HVAC up and running, just in time for a holiday cold front. Brandon and Jason did wonderfully getting my electric up smoothly and quickly!

All were exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

We had to get 24 hour after hour service. They were great arrive within the hour.
. Charles Castille did an awesome job. Our main sewer pipe was plugged. He got it unplugged and ran a camera and found roots were going into it and we scheduled maintenance to get it repaired. Thanks again guys great job everyone. Local Company In Mesquite Texas. I would recommend them to everyone.

We always call Swan Electric, Plumbing, and Heating for any service we need, because they always get the job done right.

We just recently called Swan for an installation of our Security System. They sent licensed technicians David Campbell and Joe Martinez, and WOW, they did not disappoint.

David and Joe arrived on time, and were both very personable from the time of arrival to the time of departure. They did so much work so quickly, it was incredible watching their level of efficiency. Their workmanship and the completed installation was beyond exceptional! It was even better than we’d expected. Before leaving they made sure we understood everything, and were completely happy with the results.

As homeowner we’ve had various companies in our home for repairs, deliveries, installations and set ups, and unfortunately some installers take shortcuts, try rushing customers, exhibit lest than charming personalities, or leave shawty work behind, requiring us to call their company, complain, and to endure the inconvenience of a new appointment with another technician to fix the issues left by the original technician.

However, We’ve never encountered a negative experience with Swan, because they send out technicians that exhibit the highest level of caliber like David and Joe! They both represented themselves and Swan incredibly well!! We’d trust either of them to do any electrical work in our home any time.

Today I had a technician arrive less than 24 hours after my call. Robert Osteen was prompt, personable, and professional. He explained very clearly what was wrong and exactly how he was going to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient and effective his work was. It is a true pleasure to deal with someone you have confidence in and who is so focused on customer satisfaction. What an asset this young man is!

He answered questions and made sensible recommendations. Swann products and customer service are truly outstanding.

Great service . Friendly workers .2 repairs done. When we used first time.Called again for AC work once again veryFriendly workers and Great service Thought price was little high but understandable. Inflation.*Cannot complain to much being first time customer. We will see, Will use again

Braden is the best! He is such a kind and considerate young man! Swan called me when the technician was on his way to my home. Braden resolved my doorbell chime box issue right away. He arrived within the allotted time frame. I am a happy repeat customer!

Jacob G. Was very courteous and professional. He communicated at each stage of the repair and installation. Although, we could not get it repaired on the same day (we needed a part that was not available at the time), He explained why, he kept in touch, and he accommodated my schedule to get it completed when it finally became available.
