Got 2 units replaced by Aiden, Chris and Julian. They did an amazing job. I couldn’t have asked for a harder working crew. They worked well together and clearly communicated with me throughout the whole process. Quality was delivered, with great service.

Curtis always goes over and above on any work he has done for us. I cannot say enough about him. He is always pleasant, courteous and is willing to take an extra step to make sure he has helped clear up any issues you may have.

Miguel with ERO Construction was extremely helpful in getting someone to come out and cut my countertop so my new range would fit. I would highly recommend him!

They have always been available and addressed my needs quickly and professionally. Their employ, like Colt and their service people are extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
They are very cost competitive with any other companies. If you receive a quote from another company give Extreme the opportunity to match or beat it.
And keep in mind that Extreme will respond quickly to your needs and their service is great! Can't say enough good things about this established Family run business. Class act company!

My experience with Xtreme Air Services has been phenomenal. Very professional team, from dispatcher, Skyler, to the owner Eddy. They have meet my needs within a reasonable price range. Technician Juan Rangel was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. My furnace blower stopped working and Xtreme sent out a crew that same day recognizing that DFW area was going to get hit with an arctic blast in a few days. They were able to locate a replacement motor for my 12 year old system and replaced it the following day. Juan did a great job and provided a thorough checkout post repair.

I needed an electrician for A/C issues and Kenny G. was extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Kenny answered all my concerns and was able to immediately solve the problem and had my A/C up and running. I have been using Xtreme Air for several years. Their service has always been excellent from office personnel to each one of the technicians they have sent over the years. I have received top notch quality care every time.

For a long time, I’ve known I needed to replace my AC unit. This year alone, it failed on us two or three times, and every year there’s been some kind of issue. It’s an old unit, so I finally decided to take action.
A couple of months ago, I had Xtreme Air come out to do a repair — I believe it was the motor. At that time, I wasn’t very happy with the experience for a few reasons that honestly aren’t even worth mentioning now.

What really stood out to me was that the manager personally called me afterward to make things right.

As a business owner myself, that meant the world to me. I know that sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but what matters is how a company responds , and they showed me they truly care about their customers.
That was the reason I decided to give Xtreme another shot.
Brandon came to give me an estimate, along with three other companies. Xtreme wasn’t the cheapest , they were somewhere in the middle , but I already knew I’d go with them. Why? Because of how they handled the situation before, and because Brandon was by far the most professional out of all the reps I met.

This morning, before Brandon’s crew arrived, one of the other companies called and offered me $4,000 less just to cancel Xtreme. I said no. And I’m so glad I did.

The team that came out today , Lead by Bobby Rodgers, blew me away. Young guys, polite, professional, hardworking , they were here for almost 12 hours, and their dedication really impressed me. I’m honestly speechless.

I can confidently say I highly recommend Xtreme Air. As a business owner, I can recognize great service when I see it. This is hands down the best AC company in the DFW area. Even my partner, who originally wanted to go with a different company, told me afterward, “I’m glad you chose them.”

We recently had a new HVAC system installed—both inside and out—and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Colt, Michael, and the installation crew were all incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to make sure everything was set up perfectly, going above and beyond to ensure we were completely taken care of. They treated our home with great respect, kept everything clean throughout the process, and left the space spotless when they finished. Had an emergency air blower issue on my Trane heat pump. They sent a great technician out named Art. He checked everything and explained to me what was out and then explained why the 5 ton unit was performing at 1/3 its capacity even when it worked prior to the current issue. My home builders installation had numerous corners cut. Yes it cost a little more than I expected due to the home builders installation not activating the warranty with Trane and to correct the issues. Needless to say 2 1-2 days after the issue arose they had it all completely revamped and working like a charm.
I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!

Joseph is a stud. He got our blower motor installed nice and quick, and got the cold air blowing again. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and was a great dude. Would absolutely recommend Joseph and Xtreme Air Conditioning.

I’ve been working with Jose Beltran on a roof repair, and it has been an absolute pleasure. He is highly responsive and takes the time to explain every step of the process. With just one call, he patched a hole in our roof the same day, preventing further damage until the remaining repairs could be completed. Now that all the repairs are done (roof replaced, gutters installed) I couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Brooks from Xtreme HVAC was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We had two separate issues going on, and he quickly diagnosed both of them without wasting time or trying to upsell anything unnecessary. It was difficult to find someone who could do work on an overhead water cooling system but he was able to also come immediately to help us.

Great experience start to finish. Appointment with Colt to look at our system was available same day and after consultation install was completed the next day. Full system replaced by Marvin, Said and Jonathan in less than 6 hours. Extremely polite and cleaned after. Competitive pricing and finance options as well! Will be calling for future needs.

The technician Chase recently came out to my place of residency to identify some HVAC issues with my 9 years old system. He was very professional and knowledgeable with his trade. The company was quick to answer my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Usually when companies run a "special", there's always a catch. Not the case with the cast and crew at Xtreme. They had a $99 special to drain/flush your water heater. I scheduled a time and had to cancel 2x due to work, they but stars aligned and the job got done (for the $99!). L.C. and Mike G. were great. They showed up on time, did what was needed and went on to their next job. If you're shopping around, give them a shot.

Our heat failed during the ice storm. Michael Maxam from Xtreme Air Services came out same day and got it working for us. Price was a difficult pill to swallow, but I really feal this work is something we can depend on. Quality work. quality products, warranties, etc. Michael went above and beyond for us and it was well worth it to know my kids are warm. Office folk were also kind and easy to deal with. They are clearly doing a lot right at Xtreme Air Services.
