I had Alex come by for a chimney sweep, and he was fantastic. He arrived on time, was very polite, and left everything clean and tidy. Definitely recommend their services!

If you're struggling with indoor air quality, don’t sleep on getting your ducts cleaned. They are courteous, fast, and clearly experienced. I swear the house is quieter and the air is way less stuffy now.

Their staff went above and beyond for me! Not only did they clean my ducts, but they helped me with some other stuff around the house too, and didn’t even charge for it. Super professional, and I’d absolutely recommend them!

A huge thanks to their team for replacing all the air conditioning ducts. I know it wasn’t a glamorous job, but they handled it like pros! They even took the old ones away, which was a huge plus. Definitely recommend them if you need a solid, no-nonsense job done!

It is a clean store with a helpful staff. Most things one would need can be found here and they have pretty good prices. They have a garden section and have a good selection of products and plants for gardens.

Stopped by to purchase decorative desk plants for a party. The plants are fresh and neatly soiled in small pots. Checkout process was very quick. Helpful staffs assisted in selecting/recommending the plants. #HappyShopping

I shop the depot.all over austin and I detest this location with a passion.
Barring a few amazing employees, this depot is lacking in the customer service department and a few other departments as well.
On this occasion, I found a pipe with a tag of 20$ I wanted to purchase .Gilbert informed me there was no price tag on the item as I put it in my cart. His attention to detail was superb and he contacted his superior.[dept mngr]"Coach" says " oh i dont think that is ours" i think it belongs to garden center in the post area ( proceeds to measure) and informs me that the item has been cut and that there is no price tag. We wait as the mngr goes to check the other department and when the superior returns declares that is from the other dept and since it has been cut and obviously a " customer return" they cant sell it to me. She informs me that they are going to throw it away. I decide to go to get a new pipe from garden center and none of them is the same thickness or diameter. None of the pipes in the entire store match.[THEY WERE NOT PART OF GARDEN OR PLUMBING]..I know...I spent a good hour and a half dealing with disingenuous staff and searching myself. I said " IF you are gonna throw it away i am willing to pay the tickted price where gilbert and i first saw the pipe( even if it wasnt the full length) . I was told they couldnt, it was gonna go straight to the trash. I already being a little miffed i was lied to about the garden center said " if you are gonna throw it away then let me just have it. Coach said they couldnt.i asked for a store manager to see what they could do. Dept coach had me follow all over store (my 2 boys in tow who by this time had enough( approx 30 min of B.s. ) dept Coach paged store mod 3 xs and and we waited a while...no store manager comes and the deparent mngr comes slaps a price tag of 37 dollars and states "the best they could do was 10 % off a higher price[ because the story changed and now it was their department(it wasnt even the same). Dept manager says it our 75 dollar conduit . I said "no it isnt" and mgr says let me get the calipers to measure...by this time im livid!!!! I said dont bother 37 is way too high for something you said was garden center, then a customer return that you can't sell and now you jack up the price....i hang around because i have a funny suspicion that dept mngr is gonna just throw it away after i leave...i circle back around and pipe is now gone. ( i saw her take it) I track down a MOD and i inform him of this fiasco. He says "is there anything we can do here for you" . I politely say no thank you [ i wasnt looking for a handout] i informed him of numerous other times of legitimate returns and how the store lacks in customer service and am given a hard time about returns.
I don't go in every week to return stuff and there have only been a handful of times that they sold me something that was unsatisfactory.
( a wheel barrow(i was told it was my fault and was told " seems like you got a problem but its not mine." )

A lawn mower not even 3 months old ( was given a new one, only to be told that the employee was mistaken even though I was within the time frame at the time.) I had also been told the small engine tech couldnt do it because ...(Fill in the blank)( luckily the small engine mechanic saw my plight and fixed it right up[ see there are some awesome ones who do work there]

I've returned various pipes and fittings, ( still in packaging although be it a ripped package) and given the third degree
mod then told me that unfortunately the return policy had recently changed.I informed him alot of those instances were before the change and hence my not going to that store( a few emergencies have forced my hand (this being one of them)
I did not want to spend my money there and he asked if i was sure he couldn't do anything...I said yeah you know for all My time and the boys time let me have the pipe that is in the TRASH. He couldn't locate pipe and didn't even ask " coach".where it was
Don't bother shopping here..try mueller or oltorf
