Our garbage disposal was unfortunately clogged up over the holidays and we were in desperate help to get it cleared out. Thanks to Noah and Joe, they came out on short notice to help us clean out the compacted food in the pipes. So thankful they were able to help us out and gave us a quote for a more heavy duty garbage disposal which may prevent this from happening again. Thank you team!

Jorge was incredibly efficient and did an excellent job with a very clean installation. He went above and beyond with communication and made sure everything was spotless. Super positive experience from start to finish. The dispatcher was so sweet, helpful and able to get us on the schedule for the same day. Received a text verifying the appointment as well as who my technician was, a picture and little information about the technician. Jess the technician was not only on time, very sweet, provided superb customer service thoroughly explaining everything to me, process and all and sent receipt and notes directly to my email. But then their company relations representative Lauren called and followed up. This company was so easy to work with, provided excellent customer service every step Of the way. Loved the little extra details like the text message info about the technician, etc. Highly recommend using this company.

This is my first contact with this business. And Zoe was very congenial and responsive. She got my appointment scheduled at a good time for us.Jorge let us know when he was on the way. We could see him on the map. He was congenial, up front about initial and potential costs. He called GE support to get the information he needed. The water softener is running again. We are happy.

I recently discovered a broken gas line in the house I just moved into, and Plumbing Outfitters had a plumber out the same day. Melvin and Seth went above and beyond any experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing service. They quickly assured me the line was no longer in service and took extra steps to make sure everything was safe and I felt at ease. We have had Plumbing Outfitters out multiple times to replace water heaters, unclog drains, replace fixtures and repair plumbing issues outside from vermin and freezing. Every time they come out they are professional, timely and courteous. Prices are fair and service is fantastic.

Melvin Haddix did all that was required to get our old non-functioning garbage disposal removed and a replacement operating, after making sure I knew my options and answering any questions I had.

Our hot water heater broke, right before a big freeze. Noah, Alejandro and Jess came to the rescue! Installed a new one in just a few hours. They were so helpful and really easy to work with. I will use them again and again.

Noah was great at explaining the process and how the repairs will be completed! He completes the work and went above and beyond to get my washer in place and hooked up. Would recommend Plumbing Outfitters to anyone needing work done.

To start, I had a leak in the yard. I went to yelp and asked for bids. Several companies including this company bid. They were not the lowest bid for the work, but I remembered how professional and courteous Melvin was when he came by to do a site visit and submitted his estimate. Later I talked to Melvin and we discussed that he will be selected to do the work. In my yard I had a water leak about 8 months ago and the yard was still a mess from that. Previous plumbing company was a nightmare. Melvin and his assistant came out, dug where the previous repair was because that is where logically when the water was coming from. The leak wasn't there. Melvin and his assistant began searching for the leak and found it. They dug up the line, repaired it and put mud back. They left the yard neat and the line repaired. They only took about 2 hours to do the repair. I am happy with their work and will be using them again in the future.

Though needing a plumber can bring about visions of dread, we were pleasantly surprised with Plumbing Outfitters' technician, Paul Smith, and his shadow, Joe.
They diagnosed our problem, outlined the options for repair, gathered the necessary parts and equipment, and repaired the problem. The bill reflected the work done in a timely manner, and I don't feel the price too high. No sticker shock; the price quoted was the price paid.
Maybe this sounds korney, but I feel at ease now knowing who to call for plumbing needs!

Zowie was so amazing and very helpful over the phone when getting someone scheduled to come out to our property! Mr. Jess, the journeyman plumber, was very informative and down to earth! They got my problem solved quick and easy! Great company, great people!

Kyle was very professional . We had a leak in our washroom; Kyle diagnosed the problem and found out that the drain line was blocked by a pair of pliers that had been in there for some time. He removed the blockage, and everything is draining fine. I would rate Kyle and Plumbing Outfitters 10 out of 10

Plumbing Outfitters was great.
Not only did they respond quickly to my voicemail and scheduled me same day….which was important as all plumbing calls are some level of an emergency….but my favorite part was the text I got when the technician was on his way. It was more than a notification, but an introduction about the gentleman! Name, a little bit about him…he is local, with a family, his hobbies and a photo.
It’s a little things that make the big difference. I am not a single woman/mom, but it made me feel better and would have brought a high level of comfort had I been a single woman/mom.
Further, Kyle was just as kind and genuine as one could hope, in helping my husband and I navigate our financial decisions (repair or replace) regarding our water heater.

Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters for any plumbing jobs. Their whole team made things easy and seamless. I enjoyed working with Jake, Amy, Jorge, and Ashley. Great company led by great people!
