Had a mishap with my garbage disposal over New Year’s. Something went down it that should not have. Posted out to Yelp and Plumbing Outfitters reached out to me immediately. Within minutes I had an appointment set up for the next morning. Technician Matt A showed up on time and was cheerful and professional. Within half an hour all was done. He was able to repair it. The whole process was so painless, thorough, and transparent. Absolutely impressed. Price is very reasonable and comparable to other repair teams. But if I ever have an issue again, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Had an emergency leak causing water to come out of our floorboards. Plumbing Outfitters was quick to respond. When Melvin arrived, he was quickly identified the issue after a few tests and even made a few very minor repairs to prevent further issues. They gave us estimates for a few levels of service at a fair price. We were able to schedule quickly for repairs and the work he did was top quality. Never felt any pressure to upsell us or to force us to do anything that was immediate. Will def be calling again if other plumbing issues arise.

Melvin and his assistant showed up on time and was very professional. Melvin explained the water testing process in great detail. I was very satisfied with their service. Matt was great! Rolled two toilets, provided very in-depth details on how to care for it as well as tested our water pressure and recommended options for future projects we have on our list. We will definitely call up Matt when we start out next plumbing project.

Scott Miller came out and did an excellent job — he flushed out my water heater tank, fixed my kitchen sink faucet, and took the time to inspect all the pipelines in every bathroom during his visit. My water heater began to leak Tuesday. I called ROD Plumbing Wednesday morning and was able to schedule with them the same day. The owner, Angel sent out Gustavo and Isaiah to replace my water heater. They were personable and friendly and did a fine job considering it was rigged and definitely not up to code. It was NOT a standard in and out job. They went out of their way to bring everything up to code. All was done at a very reasonable price considering the situation. They hauled away the old water heater and the space they worked in was clean when they left my home. ROD Plumbing will be my go to from now on. Thanks! - Joyce

Our hot water heater died, and I called ROD Plumbing on the advice of a contractor friend. Even though I called after hours, the call was answered promptly, and scheduled for later that week. I received several pre-service calls to ensure the proper heater was brought out, which I LOVED (because nothing is worse than having a service call only to find out they have to come back out after purchasing the parts!). The work was completed efficiently, but thoroughly. The water heater they supplied is a *quality* brand, at a very reasonable price. The technician, Erik, was polite and cleaned up nicely after himself. We won’t hesitate to use them for future projects! Cannot recommend them enough!! A+++

Rod Plumbing did a masterful job installing our new Water Heater and repairing/replacing the Natural Gas Pipes connected to it. The Crew was courteous and professional. The work was performed to our total satisfaction.

Obviously replacing an appliance is never an easy or enjoyable thing. Eddie got sent out based on a home warranty insurance repair. We found out that company wasn’t going to cover us moving forward, so Eddie launched into action after I begged him. 3 days of cold showers had made me desperate. Eddie called his office, got his boy Abel and was able to knock out a last minute water heater swap in 3 hours. Thank you both so much for the help at the last minute. I greatly appreciate it.
