We had a great experience. The service was quickly and well done from the initial phone call to the actual servicing. We had a complete replacement and it has exceeded our expectations. I would like to personally thank Dave, Cameron and Richard for everything they did for us.

The most humid day our AC went out and Dave's Heat & Air were there to service us in about 1 1/2 hour. Great Service and Cameron sure gave us some good tips. Thank you. 5 Star in my eyes.

On the hottest day this year, our a/c system failed at dusk. The next morning Contacted Dave's Heat n Air and scheduled on-line next available appt 4-6pm. I was contacted and bumped to 12pm. Service rep was here before appt. Satisfied customer. Cost below $300. Wife very happy. Highly recommended.

A neighbor recommended Davie’s Heat and Air and after doing some research I decided to go with them. Customer service was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me decide on a quality unit along with a better warranty. The technicians were punctual and the install was quick, they were were extremely professional and answered all questions and even showed me ways to keep my house as efficient as possible. We had a new heat pump system installed! Loved the text messages keeping me informed from the salesman coming out to do the quote to the installers when they were on the way to do the job. They were all very nice and did a wonderful job.

Our heat went out over night, on the Friday before Christmas, while the temps were in the low teens. Called several HVAC companies. All of which did not have openings until after the holidays. Daves said they could have someone out within a few hours…1 hour later they were there! Reprogrammed our thermostat and we were warm again! Amazing service! Everyone I spoke to was so nice! I highly recommend!

Had my 1st service of our new unit! Cameron came out, on time, changed filter and serviced everything! I figured our filter would be really bad with having three dogs in the house (an Aussie, blue heeler and Siberian Husky! - - it was still pretty clean after 6 months!!) Very professional as always!! AC was down on the Friday before the July 4th weekend! Found Dave's and saw they had great reviews. They were able to get out first thing on Saturday morning, diagnosed the issue, had parts on the truck, and had us back up and running within an hour! Verified that the levels were good both outside and inside, and even took a look at our ducting to help diagnose why certain rooms stay warmer than others. Great technical service and great customer service!

Dave’s did a full replacement of our heat pump several years ago and did an outstanding job. They just replaced my sons system at his home and they too are very pleased. They are a really great Air Conditioning service provider. They are concerened and a kind company. I was out of the state and My elderly mom air conditioner stopped working on a sunday afteernoon. She was getting a hot house. Their regular tech was done for the day and I stated that I needed to find someone urgent, I could not allow my Mom to bear the heat and I was on the side of the road making calls. Within few minutes the wonderful lady in charge of dispatching took tbe time to keep trying to connect with a tech and called me back and informed me she has a tech and was on his way. Thank GOD for their kindness and concern. My Mom air conditioner was back up and running. I know have them on speed dial. Awesome service.

We just moved in and they were able to get us on the schedule immediately. Very professional and helpful office personnel that did the scheduling. They came out as promised and did a great evaluation. Did not lead with pushing a new system but we chose to upgrade. They were able to come install the next business day. They were on time starting and wrapped up before the house even got hot. They were friendly and efficient. I recommend them for you a/c needs.
