Bad ass customer service, jimmy KC and Allan are a great team and run a great store our family uses Locke for all our companies needs and don't plan on ever changing that..
-
Best prices & Jimmy was super helpful & informative. AND they let me come inside the store a few minutes after closing time. Can't beat that!!!
-
very knowledgeable staff. fair prices, i think. It was my first experience with this company. I plan to continue purchasing pvc fittings from them.

The staff are extremely helpful and honest! The prices are higher than they would be at a "big box" store but the quality of the products they sell are at least equally higher as well.
-
Every departments employees are very Professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Will make suggestions to make your project more economical.

Had to replace a kitchen sink and the plumbing assembly underneath. My first experience doing that. Big thank you to Jack for his knowledge and patience. Customer for life.

The worst customer service I have ever received by the Plumbing Department ! They have NO selections and their bad attitude topped it off for me ! Absolutely sickening this place

I'm not an HVAC technician, however I'm a somewhat knowledgeable homeowner. Locke's has been very helpful to me, and their prices are fair. If you can diagnose your problem, or want to throw an aging part at a problem, then use them. I have replaced blower motors, run/start caps and beakers using parts from them. Cheaper and quicker than getting an HVAC tech or electrician to come out. Makes my wife HAPPY.

They were out of what I was looking for (12x17 water meter box). Asked if they knew anyone nearby that sold them, since I am from out of town. Was referred to Home Depot. I said I didn't know they sold them. He said he didn't know either but that was the only place he knew of that wasn't a competitor and he doesn't direct people to competitors. I drove to Mesquite to NWS and they had what I needed, accompanied by much more pleasant attitudes. Out in East Texas, business will go above and beyond to help a customer, including directing them to a competitor.

Super helpful and kind. Dropped by their store when I was working out of town, left my laptop in their store. They somehow figured out it was mine and called me. I couldn't get there before closing so the manager stayed late so I could get my computer that day. Thank-you Locke Supply!

I have only been here a couple times in the last few years. Both times they were more than helpful, courteous. Went in there expecting to buy a part and instead of selling me something I don't need he gave me advice on how to fix my issue. Customer for life

Cashier was rude and unhelpful to someone not extremely knowledgeable in toilet repair. Provided no guidance just “no that won’t fit”. Asked about spacers, didn’t even give a verbal answer just shook his head. That’s fine, I’ll go elsewhere that likes making money.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I was in search of a 80 gallon electric water heater which are not very common now days. The gentleman I spoke with explained in depth why large residential water heaters aren't as common and how to gauge what size I needed as I was only looking for an 80 gallon since that's what the last water heater was. Though I ended up not purchasing a water heater at the end of the discussion, I am very appreciative on the knowledge of the staff there.

I went to the store September 11,2024 but I had called before I went up there to see if they had a air filter and they did when I walked in the store they lady I had spoke with remember me she had my air filter ready. The man who checked me out was so friendly just like the lady I spoke with I was in and out the store in less than 5mins this wasn't my first time going in the store their employees are very friendly and helpful I always like that it's a few minutes from my house.

I called Byron Electrical Services for a project that needed to be done asap. I am selling a house and needed all electric outlets changed out and a new kitchen light installed. I received immediate response and an electrician was scheduled to come to my home within a few hours. Tech was friendly, professional, and completed the work with excellence. I am sincerely impressed with the speed, professionalism, and ease of working with this company and will definitely use them for any future electric issues I may encounter. Thanks Byron Electrical Services for a great job well done!

I set up an appointment for the morning after the call between 8-11. The tech never showed up and never called to advise he was not showing up. At 1130 I called the company to see where the tech was at and was told that he had called in sick. Again no call to reschedule or to inform me. I was told that the next available appointment was for the next week. I paid a fee for a membership to get priority scheduling and service. This is the way they want to treat their customers that spend good money on their business. I will just go elsewhere. Called another company and they were able to schedule the next day. Will never call this company again.

I paid $149 for a service contract which was supposed to give a discount on parts and labor as well as waive the service fees. Before my appointment, the technician had the courtesy to call ahead. I asked him how much the cost would be and he informed me that the charges were going to be $350 just for a single dryer vent cleaning! This is after the discount and service fees were waived! The service fee would have been an additional $125! The price itself isn’t what really got me angry. I asked the salesman several times what the costs would be for the services I asked for and he wouldn’t tell me. The only fees I was told about were related to the cost of the contract. There was no transparency on charges, which there could have been considering that the dryer vent charges start at $325! I also trusted the salesmen due to the high rating for service done! There was only a single one star rating and it wasn’t over this but over a job not finished or done well.

I hired this place to repair my septic pump while I was out of town. I paid $425 in good faith and when I returned I found all the wires are coming out of the ground. I have left 8 messages for an explanation and they do not return phone calls
