Austin is always pleasant to work with, professional and on time. He does quality work. I had a sewer leak beneath my pier and beam house. He came by to give me an estimate on Tuesday and came back Wednesday morning to fix things. Not a lot of space under my house, but he got down under the floor and worked the better part of the day to replace and repair the leaks, and the old pipework. It was a tough job. You won't be disappointed if you hire Austin.

I am so thankful to Austin, who found the answer to a plumbing problem in my home that had stumped a previous Plumber. He is professional and exhibited an impressive working knowledge of the many facets to plumbing issues. He is also very careful to be clean, which is a real challenge with such a "dirty" job! Most of all, I appreciate that he walks in integrity, is extremely courteous, and honest.

This company is the real deal! Will recommend to everyone I know. Not only friendly, caring, and honest, I called that morning they were here within a few hours! They text you updates on arrival with the name and picture of the person coming! As it turned out I didn't need a plumber but a new A/C! I am very glad I called Austin The Plumber. I had a water leak and they were able to schedule me the same day. Stephen and Brian came out and they were awesome! I can't say enough about how professional and respectful they were. They were very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and were quick and efficient. They were also very honest. They gave me a quote, but when they actually got in there to fix it, they said it ended up not being as bad as it originally appeared to be. Because of that they charged me less than the original quote. I was willing to pay the amount quoted and they could have left it at that price and I would not have known. It is nice to have an honest and dependable company available for any issues that may arise. I will be using them again if I have any other issues.

My hot water heater stopped working and Austin the plumber had someone out same day and resolved the issue. Given the age of the unit a replacement was in the very near future but they didn’t push for automatic replacement when a repair would work for the time being. I asked for a quote and it came back in much lower than expected so went ahead and did the replacement. Overall great service and pricing! Will use them again for future projects.

Outstanding work. They found ways to fix my problems without creating extra work and they did not up charge me by looking for random issues that didn’t exist to begin with. Great group and highly recommended.
