Dustyn arrived in a timely manner. He called to say he was about 30 minutes out. Dustyn and the other guy were professional. Fixed the pipe.

Austin the Plumber was great to work with. Needed to have the sprinkler system repaired, which led to having an inspection by the City of Dallas. His staff handled everything and Ashley (dispatcher) was awesome in keeping us informed of ETA’s and the process. Highly recommend giving him a call for all your plumbing needs. Nice guy!

We bought a house that turned out to have major plumbing issues under the slab. Austin and his crew were quick to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan. Since the job was so extensive, they were at our house multiple days and always communicated well and showed up when they said they would. They worked a miracle to keep enough of our plumbing working at a time to allow us to stay in our home through the whole process. I don't know what we would have done if Austin hadn't saved the day. I highly recommend you call Austin if you have any plumbing needs at all - big or small.

His team relocated the shower pipes, installed a new tub, realigned the shower drain, and replaced the drain P-trap, which required chipping into the concrete foundation.

We were especially impressed with their cleanliness. Even after breaking through concrete, they left the area spotless and free of debris. That level of care really stood out to us.

They also helped us choose a better-quality tub after realizing the one we originally purchased was very flimsy and plastic-like. We truly appreciated their honesty and guidance.

We were very satisfied with their communication and thoroughness throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly explained, and we felt confident in the work being done.

We would absolutely use Austin The Plumber again and highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

Sucks

I discovered a leak in my bathroom trap under the sink this morning. My husband wasn't home, but I knew he always called Ernie's in Terrell. The receptionist answerd and set up an appointment. He called before he came. The plumber was #565, and his name is Thomas. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he had to do and why. He gave me a very fair price and quickly fixed the problem. We will call Ernie's again, and I will ask for Thomas

Best customer service always explains things in a manner I understand and they clean up any mess that may occur!
