Matt- from Colony Air Conditioning & Heating- came out to do our regular maintenance on our HVAC unit. We have used this company for about 18 years- and Matt has been our tech for several of those years. We appreciate his thorough explanation and no-pressure recommendations if changes are needed to our system.

It gives us peace of mind to have this done twice a year to make sure everything is in good working order - especially by an honest company!

We have been with the Colony for 2 years after the recommendation of my brother-in-law who is very particular about who he works with. We had a 24 year old unit, so we knew we were working on borrowed time. Our complete system was replaced this last week and everything was so well done. They had to reroute the unit so we didn’t have to rip apart our fence and they provided us with documents to submit for HOA approval. Good work and they even arranged the city inspection.

I had a service technician (Len) come to my property to do a routine check up. I'm glad he came by. He pointed out that there was mold growing in my air handler. So he recommended I get a UV light. It's not the cheapest thing to install, but it's a lot less than needing to replace the whole air handler. Super impressed with Colony HVAC so far. I hope they can keep prices low and service quality exceptional.

Highly recommend Colony Air Conditioning and Heating. Just top notch service all the way from the scheduling agent to the service techs. The techs were able to quickly diagnose a chronic issue with my steam humidifier that my previous company (which actually installed it) had been unable to fix. I used Colony at my previous house and my only regret is not switching over sooner.

Jesus, Joe and the team that came out did an amazing job installing our full new ac unit. They are very professionally handled all of my concerns and left me not worrying about a thing. 100% recommend.

Wow! I placed a service call during the cold streak due to suspicions that my furnace was not operating correctly. I didn’t expect them to be available so quickly, but to ky surprise they were. I received a call back 1st thing and Danny was out in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed my issues immediately, did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and repaired my furnace within an hour. His communication was outstanding, as well as his cleanup. I’ve used big name companies in the past and they pretend to be doing you a favor with “free” diagnostics checks for things you didnt request, as a way to make more money. Not them and not Danny! I will use them going forward and refer them to anyone I know! Nicely done Colony!

I had a new A/C unit and new coil installed Feb. 14, 2025, but I waited till now to review. With our weather flip flopping I hadn’t been able to use it. I can say it works… cold like Winter in Alaska. Not surprised.. Colony A/C has been my maintenance & repair team for 8 years. If the type of Freon requirement had not changed my 14 year unit could’ve kept going because of them! The install team of 3 (I sure wish I could recall their names) were outstanding! Knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and detailed! Thanks!!

The arrival time tracking allowed me to secure my dog in advance, which I greatly appreciated. It was clear that Danny is highly skilled, bringing 14 years of experience to this preventative maintenance call. He provided a comprehensive overview and explanation of each HVAC unit, supporting his service recommendations with photographic evidence.

From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, professional, and genuinely passionate about doing things the right way. Even with the rain coming down, they stayed focused and committed, and still managed to have the entire new unit installed and running in under six hours.

Excellent service! Highly recommend. Bryan came out yesterday to diagnose the issue with our Lennox system. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. I felt like he really cared. Today, Carlos and his crew came to handle the repairs. They were professional and efficient, and he answered all my questions. Everyone I’ve encountered from Colony Air Conditioning has been a pleasure to work with and they all seem to enjoy their job, which is a testament to this company and its management staff. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I have used Colony Air Conditioning and Heating since 2016. They always arrive on time, are very professional and complete the work in a timely manner. They explain everything regarding the work they are doing and take the time to answer any questions I may have. Their annual maintenance service saved me going into summer one year and again going into winter one year from having a failure. So when it came time to replace my unit I didn't look to quote from anyone except Colony. They showed up on time Manuel G and the team could not have been more helpful and professional. They did a stellar installation with attention to detail and completed in record time of 5 hours and could not be more please with the installation.
