I’d give them ten stars if I could. John was incredibly helpful with our AC issues. He was at our house within a couple hours of initially reaching out. He resolved our issue quickly and at a great cost. We had a different issue the next day and he talked my husband through fixing it himself over the phone, while also offering to come help if needed at 8PM. We will only be using Apostle going forward.

Absolutely great work, John is a great man who not only helped me with a late-night call, but he offered many tips to prevent issues in the future. Very much enjoyed our conversation as well!

I had been put though like 4 other companies with automated systems that promised 24 hour service but would just aim to get my details to have me in their systems and schedule me out. My AC is back to cooling our home and we're extremely grateful!

The old system barely worked, so we went for a Ducts Installation and Furnace replacement. The crew replaced all the ducts, installed the furnace, and tested everything carefully. It’s so nice to finally have even heat throughout the house.

Our old heater stopped working consistently, so we scheduled a Wall heater replacement. The technician worked carefully and made sure everything was functioning safely. I’m grateful the heat works reliably again.

Our central furnace was quite an easy installation. The technician also took time to elaborate about the system and maintenance tips. The heating is now uniform around the entire house, and we have found improved performance on the whole. I’m very pleased with the quality of work provided.

Our AC stopped operating around noon and Levis Heating & Air Co.was here by 5:30... in the middle of a heat wave! I called many places and they were the only company who could come out that day. They had the problem fixed in 45 minutes and their prices were very realistic!!

My A/C went out at 5:00 am in one of the hottest days of the year. My usual repair person was unavailable. Josh promised to be out by 10:00 and he was early! He diagnosed the problem and explained the repair portions completely. The A/C was repaired in less than 2 hours including picking up the parts. Great service!

Not only are Levis Heating & Air Co. professional and friendly they also do not stop working until the customer is satisfied. I would personally like to thank the Dispatcher for putting in over time and making it a point to update me every step of the way during this process. If she did not know the answer to my questions she did not stop until she got one. You can tell that she really enjoys her job and for me that speaks volumes about the company as well. Among the 4 companies I had quote on the work, Levis Heating & Air Co. was the only company who presented the most reasonable quote and gave thorough explanation and the cost of the options available. Josh and his partner Mike were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They were very efficient and very friendly. The installation of AC unit was done right the first time and they as well followed up with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them.
