Grateful for John coming out at 11pm on a Sunday night. He got us up and going and went above and beyond. Will definitely use again but hopefully not for a long time.

These guys are top notch. We have used them repeatedly on both our home and rental property. They show up when they say they will (and response time is very reasonable) Their work is done right the first time and I have yet to be disappointed with the amount charged. I like the fact that they will take the time to explain the problem and my options.
My experience with them has been nothing but positive and professional. The only time we seem to need them is when the weather is unbearable, and they come through every time. They are our go-to-guys.

Woke up to inside temperature of 85 degrees. Being the weekend I figured it would be difficult to find someone. Called and spoke to John H. He came over in between appointments and fixed us right up. In the dead of our heat wave my air conditioner went out. My husband said to call the number on the refrigerator; it had a coupon so I did. However it was not the one he meant. I had already called them and they were going to be there in a timely manner. When he got there I showed him the inside and outside air conditioner. Twenty minutes later he said he was mister fixit. He could fix anything. But not mine; it was too old and he would have to go to eBay to find the parts. Finding the parts that could take a long time and cost almost as much as putting in a new A/C unit would. He gave me a quote for a new unit at the price of $7300.00 and change. Told him I would talk it over with my husband and call back if it’s what he wanted to do. He wrote his number on my copy of the service call fee and said to call him if we wanted a new A/C unit.

I called the other guy on my refrigerator and never call back as of today.

I remembered we used a company for our A/C problems at my office. I called the office got the number and called Apostle Heating and Air Conditioning. John answered the phone said he would be there in about an hour.When he arrived I showed him the units. He asked where the breakers were. In the mean time I had some heavy duty fans running. He noticed that the fans would cut off and on. John asked how long has this been going on? Since last night I said. He called a buddy of his that works in the Electrical Field. His buddy told him to have Oncor come out to look at our wiring coming from the poles outside the house. He said that we had a (Neutral Wire) that was burning up and that is what caused my A/C unit fry. John said that he could fix the A/C unit, however, it would happen again if I didn’t get the (Neutral Wiring) fixed. John fixed my A/C unit inside and out for the price of $550.00 which I was happy to pay. Oncor came out and fixed the wire from both poles to the house at no charge. Far less than the $7300.00 and change from Mr. Fixit Man.We have used Apostle Heating in our business now I will use them at my home. If I ever need a new A/C Unit John’s unit was less than the other guy’s. Thank you John from Apostle Heating and Air Conditioning your the best.

Amazingly kind, honest, professional and friendly service. Texted for service at 10:46 pm, thinking I would not hear anything until the next morning. He responded immediately and arrived at my house at 11:15 pm and had me back to cooling in 20 mins. Highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced for a late night and last minute service.

Called Apostle Air first thing this morning and they were here within an hour. Troubleshot the AC unit, found the issue, double-checked the system and fixed everything perfectly. I highly recommend Apostle Air. They are the best in The Colony !!!

The owner was great! He arrived quickly even though it was after 7pm and worked fast and fixed our heater! It was cheap too, just $75 since it was a quick fix. Would use him again for sure!

I called this evening when I came home to my house at 84°. Called and John picked up on the second ring. Said he was slammed but would fit me in. I was able to get it working after rinsing it off and letting it set for 30 minutes. But I'm still blown away by John's responsiveness and willingness to come out. I will absolutely be calling him anytime I have AC issues.

AC condenser fan and compressor stopped operating, acting like they weren’t getting enough voltage. John came out right away and diagnosed it as the motor capacitor being faulty and swapped it out with a new one, and gave the condenser coils a quick wash down. He was quick, efficient, honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and explained everything he was doing.

John came out on Father's Day and did an excellent job! Prices are great, service is excellent. We will definitely be using him from now on! Thank you for all of your help, John.

I called the number after hours expecting to just leave a voicemail for a callback the next day. Mr. John answered and was able to set up an appointment for the following afternoon. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue with my AC. Will definitely use him again!

There is a reason the reviews are all 5 stars. Excellent company that will not take advantage of its customers. I tried to install a new google nest thermostat, key word being “tried”. Long story short I blew my fuse. They came out same day, educated me on what happened and how to avoid it. Fair price, fast response time and very friendly service. Will recommend them and continue to use them in the future.

I had an AC unit that stopped working yesterday (Saturday afternoon) and the outside temperature was 101. I called several AC companies but none would come out on the weekend. I reached Apostle Air and the company had John arrive within 30 minutes. Parts were necessary, however all parts companies were closed this late in the day. John said he would be back Monday and actually felt bad he couldn't get the part after hours. I was surprised when I received a text from John on Sunday asking if I would be home, as he was able to get thee part and didn't want our family to have to wait until Monday. He came out and within an hour had the AC back up and running. I can't imagine using another company after my experience with Apostle Air.
