JOHN is an Angel from Heaven!!!!! Our air has been out for almost 2 weeks and I am 9.5 months pregnant and due any day. We’ve had lousy people come and take hours to still have no air. I called John at 4 am on July 4th holiday he was in bed and made us a priority and was here 30 minutes later! He was very nice, provided Excellent customer service, and fixed the air in a matter of minutes! He even told me to call him if I had any more problems same day he would have his phone and be available. Definitely recommend this company and specifically JOHN! Thank you so much! John you are literally a life saver!!!!!

Have used them twice and both times was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and service. Called one time late at night and he was out almost immediately to diagnose the problem and got it fixed the next morning (needed a new motor). Second time my AC froze up and he came by in between jobs to take a look and get me taken care of! Amazing person! Feeling blessed to have such an honest and reliable person in The Colony to turn to in times of need. Thank you for all you do!

John and Chris have done work for me, my family and my friends. They always do a great job for a very reasonable price. I have never heard any negative feedback from the 8-10 times he has done work for one of us. They have done minor repairs to full systems.

John took care of my mother's HVAC issue today even though it is way off his beaten path. I just got out of the hospital so when she called about her AC I knew exactly who to call. He got her fixed up quickly and inexpensively.

We’ve had John repair our AC system multiple times over the years because our system is really old. And it seems like something breaks at the end of the day or on the weekend. John is always quick to answer the phone and rush to the scene no matter what he’s doing or how busy he is. John is the last AC guy you will ever need. Trustworthy and the bill is always less than what we feared, lol. Can’t say enough good things about apostle. Hire them!

10/10 would recommend! John is very professional, informative, and attentive. Our AC went out on a Thursday night, we called Friday morning @ 8 am and we had a brand new unit installed and house cooled before the end of the day. We won't be going to anyone else with our AC needs from here on out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I've had AC issues twice this summer. I called Apollo and they were at our home within the hour, and they did a temporary fix until they came back later in the evening to fix it completely. We had another issue later in the summer, and John was at our house in less than 20 minutes, and on a Sunday morning. He again fixed our issue. We won't be calling anyone else for AC/Heater stuff, and will recommend Apollo to our neighbors and friends as much as possible

John is the best. You won't find a nicer guy that gets the job done asap. He's there answering his phone every time, he always made us feel like a priority and he gives helpful hints to keep you from needing him. I really can't say enough good things about this company

I called John today around 2pm. My AC was acting up and it was 91 inside my house. John was able to come by and it took 10 minutes and we were back in business. This is a busy time of year for him and he was still able to get is taken care of. John is very nice, prompt and very reasonable on pricing. John and Apostle Ac/Heating will forever be my 1st choice to call.

The our AC stopped cooling at about 8:30 PM on Friday the 30th of June . Frantically looking for a service company I found Apostle. Talked to John and within the hour a service truck showed up. These guys are awesome. John is an exemplary business man and they have a customer for life. Thank you Apostle!

John, thank you for your hard works and honest! He diagnosed quickly freon gas leaks from Coil and he immediately called warranty department. We are going to replace coil tomorrow! I explained John how we immediately need AC in the hot summer(Upcoming holiday) with my brother's family.

John was extremely awesome, and came to our house literally an hour after calling him first thing in the morning. He explained the issues we were having thoroughly, and was honest about everything - including not at all pushing to do the expensive options. He fixed what was needed and got our AC up and running again

Our A/C went out on a 104 degree day and to say we were desperate is an understatement. We have little ones and pets in the home, and the temp in the house was averaging 85. And because it was a weekend, we were limited to which companies were available to come out. I called Apostle Air and spoke with a very friendly representative, John, who was I able to work us in and resolve the issue within 15 minutes. We’re so grateful for his availability and expertise. Just absolutely excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C repair.

John is GREAT! During the worst of summer heat and a late Sunday afternoon our AC had severe problems. He did not hesitate to work us into his schedule, make a service call, and remedy a work around until an electrician was able to arrive and fix the problem the next day.

Jon is amazing! We have called him twice now for services past working hours! He came and serviced our AC unit in the middle of the summer (1am) and Labor Day while other companies were not able to or would charge an arm and leg. Very informative and helpful! I highly recommend Apostle to everyone!

John was scrupulously honest and answered all of my questions regarding what I needed; he was ethical, professional, and cared a great deal about my satisfaction. Having previously had a negative experience with a different, larger company, I could not have been more pleased with the services provided by Apostle H/A. Had a new unit (condenser, heat pump, etc) installed along with an additional inside air intake. John’s installation crew was professional, extremely hard-working, careful to clean up all work, took pics of all work done, and even completed a few additional tasks for which they did not charge. Apostle provided superior work at a fair price and went out of their way to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I will ALWAYS use this company for my heat/air issues, and recommend them without reservation based on their honesty, quality of work, and superior interactions.

John at Apostle Air is the best HVAC businessman I have ever worked with. I have used him for over 10 years now and he is professional and honest. He also sells and installs excellent equipment with a great manufacturer warranty. He also has very competitive rates. John with Apostle is the best! Standup guy and he works fast. His prices are incredibly fair and he’ll give it to you straight what the issue is. He’s saved my family from the TX heat several times now. He even came to our aid in the middle of the night once. A true hero of a repairman. Wish there were more folks like him.
