Joshua came out for the service call and gave some thorough recommendations on how to proceed with our old system. Jesus and the crew were respectful and expedient in their work, removing our old system and installing the new one without leaving a mess.

Len was knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond during his service call. I appreciated the time he spent explaining what he was doing and the suggestions he made. The Colony Air Conditioning is the best!

Matt C from Colony AC & Heating arrived, told me what he’d be doing as part of our fall maintenance, showed me pictures of some wear and tear, gave me a cost estimate, and changed the filter. The $12 monthly maintenance fee is money well-spent! From office staff to technicians — everyone has been polite, helpful, prompt, and honest.

We found Colony AC and Heating to be knowledgeable from start to finish, experienced, and offered fair pricing for the entire Ac/Heating replacement. Front office was helpful throughout the process and the install crew did a great job and kept things clean. Bryan helped to educate us on all our options and helped get us set up with the right unit for us. We had many questions and he took the time to answer them thoroughly where we felt comfortable making a decision for our home. Highly recommend them!

Jesus H and his team were outstanding. They were extremely professional and I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole installation process. They did such a great job on the first unit a few months ago, I decide to upgrade my 2nd unit. Really great experience.

Josh showed up so quickly, like 10 minutes after we called Colony at 10:00 PM, with air conditioning problem! He was professional, friendly and fixed our problem in 30 minutes!!
A great technician!

This is truly the best HVAC company I have ever done business with. They are smart, punctual, honest, have reasonable prices, and just have all around good business sense. Their service repairman Len O. came by the same day I called (Saturday) to fix my AC that was acting up. He soon diagnosed the issue, made a fix which did not require new parts, thoroughly retested the system, and only charged the service call.

Matt always does a thorough inspection and tune up of my system. The Colony Air Conditioning and Heating have kept my units running for almost 10 years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Honest, transparent, professional and very down to earth or easy to communicate with. August/September 2024: Today is a review update. Following last year’s original new HVAC install. September 10, 2024 Today Angel & Christian came to install new coil on downstairs unit. They spent a lot of time reviewing the system running test. They removed the entire original coil unit system outside. Then installed new system. Next, more test were run to ensure everything is working properly. Both Angel and Christian were knowledgeable & friendly; I appreciate all the warranty work done. This group is honest and take care of customers. September 04, 20]4 today my Technician was Bryan E. He discovered a oil leak stemming from the downstairs unit coil. It's a warrantied item and we scheduled a time to fully replace the issue. Upon arrival B.E immediately detected oil leak from the problem unit. He spent over an hr reviewing or analyzing the problem. Next, he recommended changing the entire Coil related part. Which, I really appreciate his honesty and not just doing a temporary quick fix. Showing once again. The Colony is a honorable, ethical company. I really appreciate having professionals who take good care of my units & investment!!

August 2023: Colony from Joshua’s initial consultation visit to instillation with Manny and Trevor Lead managers & crew. All work closely to make me feel comfortable & confident in my Carrier HVAC purchase. I truly value their high ethical standards. Manny told me his job IS his passion.Trevor shared his Mom had same unit they installed at my home. This group has the perfect combination of highly professional yet incredibly humble individuals. We need more people and companies like Colony. Their work makes the world better and they actually care about people.🇺🇸🙏🩵

The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. His assistant was very thorough and patient. They did a great job checking out the heating sydtem for the upcoming season and changing out the filter.

Hands down one of the best service experiences I’ve had in any industry. While remodeling our home our heater went out. One of the crews working on the house referred us to a “cheap guy he knows” and we foolishly let him coordinate the repairs with his friend. The person he referred us to offered a low price, took a hefty deposit and never returned. I guess that’s a good reminder that cheaper sometimes costs more in the long run.

I decided to call Colony Heating & Air yesterday, and they were at my house 2 hours later to diagnose my problem. They gave me two options: repair the immediate issue on my 20 year old unit, or replace the entire unit. I agreed to replace the entire unit and they came back this morning at 8am and knocked it out! All of the guys were friendly and professional. They cleaned up, showed me the new system and warranty info, and were gone by 2pm! I can not recommend them enough.

Was not happy with my previous HVAC service company and decided to give Colony a try based on Google reviews. My A/C was not cooling properly and I asked Colony to check it out. The technician, Matt, did a thorough inspection, found the leak, clearly explained the problem, what’s required to repair it, and why. Matt is NATE certified—aka the best of the best—and it clearly shows. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job of explaining what he found and my options for repair. My initial rating for Colony and Matt is 5 stars and I will be using them going forward.

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Colony AC & Heating to anyone looking for a high-quality HVAC company for repairs or replacements. In fact, I would say you MUST at least include them in the mix before you make a decision. Top notch people and clearly an extremely well run company.

Joshua Q. came initially to assess my needs. He made a very thorough initial house survey, then followed that up with measurements and a quasi-"Manual J" calculation to make the equipment recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and professional and answered many questions along the way. He explained in detail what an installation project would entail and how Colony goes about their work. Within a day, I had 3 different quotes for different premises we had discussed. I then asked Joshua if he could come by again as I still had more questions. He came by later that same day and spent another couple of hours with me. We were able to put together "the project" and again I had a final quote by the next morning. I accepted the quote with one condition - that Joshua would come by and check on the installation progress throughout so that I could address any concerns on the spot. He agreed. We scheduled the install just a day later - he assured me they "will get this done".

At 8:30 am, their full installation crew arrived. What a great group of employees - well trained, polite, professional and they all got along well together too. Each of their "on-site" personnel knew exactly what they had to do. It was truly a "well oiled machine". Several times I heard one employee tell his co-worker "Hey, I'm done, you need any help!" That can only come from a high-quality organization.

Manny (Manuel) and Carlos were the leads. Super guys! They kept me informed of progress and got my input on all critical aspects as discussed with Joshua. At the end of each day, they reviewed what had been completed, explained the full system functions, reviewed the thermostats and settings and answered questions.

The two-day install went off without a hitch, on time, no property or other damage/issues whatsoever and most importantly safely without anyone getting hurt. I was thoroughly impressed with this group of people. It's not a stretch to say that as a "contractor crew", these guys were the very best I have ever seen!

Joshua, Manny, Carlos and the rest of the crew - thanks for a great job, exceptionally well executed! You and your company should be rightly proud. They will no doubt be my first call whenever an HVAC need arises.

Tim from Colony did a great job. He came out late Weds right before Thanksgiving and got our heat back on. We really appreciate the company's quick response and their willing to go above and beyond to help us.

The whole team, including the office staff, dispatch, troubleshooting crew, and installation crew were courteous, respectful, professional, communicated clearly, and did an outstanding job! They even cleaned up well after the job was done. I will definitely use this company again and again. They are top notch.

I like this company a lot. I bought a new system from them a couple of years ago, Danny was the service tech they sent out and convinced me that my 13 year old system was having problems and should probably think about getting a new energy efficient system. I’m glad that I did this new system is working much better. Danny was just here for my 6 month maintenance. He is always a pleasure to work with. I now having them take care of my daughters home.

Colony AC is the BEST! Top notch service and excellent experience all around. Tony came out quick to do an inspection on a home that I was purchasing and gave me a fair quote with some options. Bryan called me and explained everything in a clear and understandable way for someone who knows nothing about AC/HVAC. I called and spoke with Michelle after purchasing the home and she scheduled the work needed to be done the next day. Bryan walked me through every step of the repair process and explained it in a way that I could understand. The words that come to my mind about Bryan and the Colony AC team is INTEGRITY and HONESTY which unfortunately is rare these days.
