I used JC for a new unit install on an office buildout and could not be any more pleased! They were THOUSANDS cheaper than other air conditioning companies. They were reliable, all plans/permits/and code checks were approved by the city first time and they finished prior to their due date. Highly recommend JC Air Pro!

JC Air Pro has been my go to HVAC company for the last 5-6 years. I have had multiple problems with my unit, and they have always been able to isolate the exact problem, be truthful about what needs to be done, and is by far the most fair in terms of material/labor cost.

I also use Home Warranty, but lately, HW has been nothing but a headache. They have refused to cover any claims. In fact, 2 months ago they actually goaded me into buying a new compressor (over $1200!) even though that was never the issue. The compressor they installed was the wrong size and ended up shorting/burning out my ENTIRE unit.

Needless to say, I called JC Air Pro to come and get an independent opinion. JC was absoultely appalled by the state that HW contractors (precision comfort home services) left the state of my system in.

JC was able to diagnose the issue instantly and provide me with multiple options and decide what the best route for me was, based on my needs and financial situation.

JC is always the most respectful, customer service oriented, and could not ask for a better "father & son" type business.

10/10 will be recommending them to anyone with HVAC issues and JC will always be the first call i make in the future. Thank you for all the hard work.

Technician Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and efficient. He figured out the problem at once fixed and got it working again perfectly, I thought the AC unit might need to be replaced and I was thinking it might not work again, it was a great feeling seeing the AC working again, well fixed and also, he repaired water heater that had not been working for many months. All this was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

My AC system wasn't working. I called several service providers but they said that they could come the next day. I called Pioneer Heating & Air Services and they were able to come immediately and had my unit fixed. The technician who came was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Our air conditioner died on a hot Sunday afternoon and called Pioneer Heating & Air Services. Not only did they come out the same day but they also gave me 30 minutes notice so I didn't have to wait in for long in unbearable house. The installers worked expertly, proficiently, and cautiously on an overhaul and upgrade of our home heating system. Improvements in our home comfort were obviously seen and identified by everyone. My A/C unit broke down last night. I woke up the next morning and called around, most places were booked until the evening. John however, squeezed me in and came with in 20-30 minutes at around 9 am. My AC was up and running again by 9:30 am. This will be my primary guy. Thanks John.
