Over the last few years we have had both our units replaced by AireServ and a LOT of extra work put in and it's always done with care and standing behind the product and service. Manny just got done leaving our home and he spotted and corrected something that I didn't know about. Not only that, but he relocated our UV to where it is more effective on our units. There's a reason why we subscribe monthly and we are grateful at Manny's thoroughness today. Ask for Manny when you call in for help on your units!

I am so excited about having the new HVAC filter and ducts cleaned. I'm a senior with respiratory issues so this is going to make a huge difference for me. Manny and Isaac arrived on time, worked diligently, and thoroughly cleaned up the area afterwards. Watching them work, I saw how meticuously they covered the areas. I am so pleased with the quality of their work, and the way they showed me before and after pictures. The constant communication was so appreciated. Santiago did an excellent job on fixing my AC. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone (bad blowing motor), and once he arrived and confirmed the issue, he had all the parts he needed and was done in less than one hour. He was really good at explaining what had failed and verified everything else was in order. He charged me for his labor only as my system was under warranty from Carrier, and he took care of all the warranty paperwork.

My Guy is the best HVAC company in the metroplex. Terry has been in this business over 35 years and he knows his stuff. Best part is he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. The technicians Malachi and Cameron did a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts. They were very friendly and paid close attention to detail, especially since it was raining outside. They made sure to wear boot covers and took extra care to protect our new carpet. After we had a dryer vent fire, there was a strong smoky smell coming from the vents, but Malachi and Cameron were able to get rid of it completely. Now our heating system smells fresh and clean.
