Matt was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator immediately, repaired it and even wiped up the water that had dripped on the floor. He is very personable and clearly explained the problem so that we understood what needed to be fixed.

Mega Appliance Repair sent out technician Matt to repair my 5-year old GE super capacity washing machine. Within a brief period of time, he diagnosed the issue, and just 3 days later was able to return with the parts for repair. Not only was the technician capable, but also respectful and honest.
