Matt was a pleasant and knowledgable technician. Had a no-heat dryer issue, he replaced parts and showed me what exactly was wrong with it. Reasonable cost too! Would highly recommend him!

Mega Appliance Repair and Nehmet were amazing. Our garage freezer started to have issues so I called around and one place couldn't send anyone out for 5 days but Nehmet came out that evening on his way home from work. He got the part ordered and called as soon as they got it in and asked if they could come out that same day. It was a Saturday about 8 days after the initial visit. We appreciated the quick service so much and he was so nice and helpful. showed us exactly what went wrong and gave us what we needed to get our refund from the warranty company. I would recommend these guys to my friends and family. We paid about $450 but most of that was the part.

The only business who offered Same day service when I was shopping around for an appliance repair company. Our repairman Matt was professional & efficient. After he found the issues causing my dryer to malfunction, He explained the issues to me before fixing them. They are a business who operates with transparency and integrity. That is what motivated me to write this review.

Have used Mega repair now for 3 tasks so I’m pretty confident of their reliable service. Helped with a dishwasher assessment then a dishwasher replacement and a garbage disposal replacement. Every time their scheduling has been seamless with often the next day service. Their phone reminders and text messages about the tech arriving are always appreciated. Their prices were also reasonable and competitive. They have shortly become my go to company for everything appliance related.

Do yourself a favor and Give them a try!

Mega Appliance Repair came out and tackled our electric stove downdraft vent which was causing odor problems through a leaky seal or two. He patched it up best he could, but said that a contractor needs to come out and either clean the vent or replace it. This work was out of the scope of Mega. I was happy to get the leak at least taped off strongly until we can do the overhaul that the vent needs. I felt the diagnosis fee was fair and Mega 's service was super helpful. Also, shout out to Isabella who took my initial phone call. She is a gem! The only thing that kept this review from being a 5-star is that our appointment was at 11 a.m., but no one had shown up by 11:20 a.m., and no phone call or text to let me know they'd be late. They arrived at 11:45, which I'm grateful for, but a heads-up call or text would've been helpful. Overall, I would recommend Mega.

I recently had repairs to my refrigerator/freezer by this company due to multiple power outages in our area and couldn't be happier with the service I received both times from Ervin. From start to finish, he was professional and efficient. Communication was on point: text, email and by phone. I’m thrilled that Ervin services this area. Derek visited to rebalance my washer and fix my dryer. The washer was fixed on day 1, but I didn’t realize the repairs to the dryer didn’t correct the problem until the next morning. He came back later that day and identified a part that needed replacing. He replaced it the following day. He was kind and respectful and had great customer service. I will definitely call them again if I have any appliance issues in the future.

This was an amazing experience with GIR Family Corp. My door on the oven was locked and I couldn’t open it. They came the same day and unlocked it, then also replaced door lock. I’m really appreciate them for a great job. Thank you!
