A new pool cleaning team recently took over from my previous service, and i am very happy with how things are going. Jay answers my calls and is always pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. Bryan was the first tech to come out, and he did an excellent job scrubbing the pool walls and treating the tile grout around the waterline where there was buildup. using chlorine carefully, he got it looking like a fresh, clean pool again. Now Todd comes by each week and does a great job keeping the water clear, the walls clean, and the overall pool maintenance on track. i would highly recommend this pool service.

Had a great experience with Atlantis. Was able to call and have next day service for gutter cleaning. Austin and Kyle were punctual, courteous, professional and did a thorough job cleaning the gutters. They were also conscientious about cleaning up the debris on the ground and in our pool afterwards. Their communication was great and pricing was fair. Will definitely use them again for more services.

First time I used them, no issue. Arrived when they said they would and completed job seemed fine. Second and last time I scheduled with them, my appointment was from 2 to 4 pm. I took half a day off to make sure I was home. At almost 4pm, they called and stated they would be here by 4:30pm. At 4:50 pm, they called and said they could make it by 6pm at a time I was unavailable. I requested first thing in the morning the next day and was told to use another service. I found another well reviewed service that will be here tomorrow for 1/3 the price.

Absolutely a great job. Fully power washed the whole exterior of a 5 bed room home in The Woodlands. Anyone knows that with all the trees eventually you get green appearing on the home. After the power wash the home looks as good as new. Extended the wash to the patio and driveway. Daren took his time, did a thorough job. Used Atlantis to do the windows, inside and out .. great job. They even replaced some light bulbs in the vaulted ceilings while doing the windows.

They did a great job — for the window cleaning part of it — that turned out to be 2X as expensive as originally quoted. But I didn’t realize I should have told them I had storm windows for my 1981 house. That meant they had to remove all the extra panes of glass and wash both sides of those, in addition to the fixed panes. So it meant doing two houses worth of windows.

To partially compensate for this extra cost, they blew off all the pine needles on the roof and the tops of the gutter guards for free. And then they tested how well the water flows through the downspouts. The gutter guards worked very well, so I’m happy I got to see that, since I had never checked them out in the 2 years since the new gutters and downspouts were installed. Very pleased with their proactive attitude.

The windows and screens were CLEAN! I will re-hire them for our other house we are selling soon.

They also power-washed the front driveway and the sidewalk. Very well done.

Corey was absolutely amazing! Gutter and downspout cleaning was done perfectly. I had a downspout that had been clogged for two years and Corey got it opened up and draining again! Fantastic work. The after job clean up was so thorough that my yard was cleaner after the job than it was before they got here. Call today! These folks are really great!!
