Black Tie Carpet Care’s website was extremely easy to navigate. Within minutes I was able to schedule an appointment with their technician for the very same day. I know they extended their workday to accommodate me, since my pet had had an accident on the rug. I'm please with the cleaning of our RV carpet. It took much longer than I expected to dry. It's been almost 24 hours and it is still damp. I put fans on yesterday after about 3 hours. I think that they need a better water extraction. Other than that everything was excellent.

I had a great experience with Black Tie. The quality of the service was worth the price. Scheduling was super easy and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I had 2 separate services. On Monday, they came to stretch the carpet in a high-traffic area that was beginning to wrinkle. Jimme contacted me before to let me know that he was available earlier than scheduled and asked if I would like for him to come then or wait. When he got here, he had to move a large piece of furniture and was very careful when doing so, using sliders to move it across the carpet. He cleaned up the small bits of carpet after he was finished, and had me come look to make sure I approved. Then on Tuesday, Quetin was also available sooner. I apologized that I had not had a chance to vacuum, but he said it was no problem and he would take care of it. I was also offered couch cleaning which I didn't realize that they could do! He was finished within a couple of hours, and explained everything that he had done including where he noticed stains/spills that he had addressed. Afterwards, Quetin mentioned that they do grout cleaning too so that will probably be our next service with Black Tie!

We had a wonderful experience with this company! They were prompt and did a great professional job. We had to redo our cleaning from a previous company that did an awful job. My husband Larry was not impressed at all so 2 days later we found this company. Highly recommend them. Although we put our treadmill back and we accidentally made a mark on the rug but that was our fault and probably have to call them back out to do a touch up :(. You won't be disappointed at all with this company! House smelled wonderful like it should of been on round one. Thank you for such a great job! Definitely will use your service from now on.
