Excellent service, Sean was so professional arrived on time and work was completed quickly. We had all the carpets in our home cleaned and deodorized as well as one large rug they look brand new. The booking process online was super easy and very affordable.

This service was great. Technician was punctual and professional. I really appreciate he took extra time to get some stubborn pet hair out. Rugs smell and look so much better!

Scheduled cleaning and was scheduled for Saturday between 1-2 pm. Then received a text at 9:30 on Saturday that tech was on way. Ran around prepping for them. Then at 10:45 they called to say van broke down. They can send another tech at 3 pm.

Tech did a poor job. Tufted upholstered bed was haphazardly steamed. You could see wand marks literally missing half the headboard and footboard. Obvious dirt and spots. I asked them to re-do it. They proceeded to unload from truck and dragged debris back onto freshly cleaned carpet!

Calling out for 3rd try tomorrow. Or refund. Not the same company it was.

My carpet looks fantastic now! I was stunned to realize how much cat hair they were able to get out of my carpet that I wasn't able to get with my vaccum. The tech that showed up wasd very nice and respectful. Will be booking with them again.

We had some water damage in our home that we needed cleaned up before our trip. They were able to come out within a few hours and cleaned up the issue. Their team was very kind and courteous to us. Very pleased with the results.

The gentlemen at Black Tie were professional and courteous. They explained everything and even took care of my favorite old rug as a favor to me at no charge. I didn't think it could be saved but they were as magic as genies with their steamers and sprays! Their prices were very reasonable, and they were even extra careful not to let the kitty out!
