WARNING! WARNING! Be careful witt this company. One of their vans caused body damage to my car. They have uninsured drivers driving their vans. Insurance unable to make contact.with them as they do not answer calls and also ignore mail correspondence from insurance. Watch out for these guys.

Great communication, on time, work done quickly and precise. Clyde was a ball of positive synergy , an absolute dear and knows his craft very well. He worked efficiently and quickly and I give 5 stars to Black Tie, 10 stars to Clyde!

I’m not a review guy but this time I want to make a review for Black Tie Carpet Care because after seen my carpet repairs the house is starting to look nice again. Highly recommended when looking repair your existing carpet due to buckle or ripple caused by multiple factors. They really know about this business. Thanks Enrique and Dave for your support.

The contractors who worked on our house from the winter storm destroyed my furniture. I called the guys out to see if I could salvage it. And they did an awesome job. Reasonably priced and swiftly done. Thanks!!!

We are having an open house and I planned to clean the carpets myself but just didn’t have time. They were able to come the next day. Clyde was very nice, explained what we needed to have done for the carpet to look its best.
He took time to do the job well.
I would use them again.

First off, let me start this review by saying the scheduling of the services was extremely easy. The technician showed when they said they would and was professional when conducting the carpet cleaning. That is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

I was extremely disappointed in the end results of the carpet throughout the house. I understand that there as some stains that just aren't going to come out. However, after looking at other testimonials and seeing before and after pictures, we did have pretty high hopes.

We went through and moved all furniture off of our carpets and we vacuumed everything up extremely well. We opted to pay the extra money for the pet stain clean up/deodorizer as there were some spots in our bedroom that needed some attention.

At first I tried to tell myself that we just had too high of hopes and this was the way our carpets were going to look. The more I looked over the carpets though, the more I think I could of done just as good if not better with my small carpet cleaner from Target. The thing that really annoyed me is the fact that we payed extra for the deodorizer, and there is not a bit of difference between the smell of some of the pet stains from before to after.

In the photo, you can still see exactly where a rug was before the service was even performed. It's not like that was even a badly stained area either.

I think next time, we will just save our money and clean our carpets ourselves.

Black Tie Carpet Care really came through for us today. They were accomodating with a same day appointment. And, their carpet stretching technician did a great job making our sad carpet look so much better. Next up, they will be cleaning the whole home carpet.

The carpet cleaner was professional and took pride in his work.

Overall, I would definitely use Black Tie again and recommend them to anyone looking for carpet stretching and cleaning services.

My carpet is almost 17 years old. Over the years, dragging furniture caused the carpet to buckle. Other than that, the carpet is aging gracefully with daily and yearly maintenance.
This year we decided to have the carpet stretched and professionally cleaned. Initially, we were going to have two separate companies come out to stretch and clean the carpet. So happy the other company did not call me back in a timely fashion to reschedule my appointment.

After reading the reviews about Black Tie Carpet Care, we decided to have them stretch and steam clean the carpet. From the beginning conversation with Jimmie, who answered all my questions and scheduled my appointments, I received top notch service. Next up was Enrique, he arrived early and ready to complete the stretching service. After his walk through, he composed a game plan on the best place to start the carpet stretching process. All it needed now was good cleaning. Finally, the next day Quetin came out to steam clean the entire house. He also walked to the job before starting the service.

At the end of both services, my carpet was restored. We are so pleased with the results. Thank you for saving us about $20,000 on a new carpet that we didn’t need.

Clyde came out and started the pet spray right away. Was very pleasant to speak with. Did a great job keeping me out of the way, while still cleaning. The carpets came out so much cleaner than I expected. I will only demand nicely, I only want Clyde to do the job.

We had an appointment made with this company during a 9-10 window. No one showed up, and no one answered the phone for several hours after. Once I finally got a call back 3 hours after the appointment, all the management had to say after our no show was they were sorry and don't know what happened. Had they answered the phone or given us a heads up that they needed to cancel the job we would have understood. Needless to say we do not recommend this company and did not have the same experience as many of the reviewers and were disappointed in how it was handled by management.

My experience was great ! They had my carpet looking amazing. I didn’t think they could get the carpet on my stairs looking so good with the stains from my teenage boys. But sure enough they had it sparkling! I highly recommend!

Jimmy with Black Tie Carpet gave me a quote over the phone for pickup, cleaning and return of our 8.5ft x 23ft wool rug. It turns out he lives in Montgomery, fairly close to me so he picked it several days after my initial call.
I was looking for an off-site cleaning because I have hardwood floors and didn't want to risk getting them wet and damaged. During my call he reviewed their process, stating it was similar to YouTube videos.
At pickup, my husband asked questions and Jimmy told us how the rug would be washed then put in a huge, stainless steel centrifuge, the water rung out, then hung to dry. Return time was expected to be 3 weeks.
We were pleased to receive a call 2 weeks later asking if it could be returned that afternoon. Again Jimmy is the person to show up.
The rug turned out beautifully clean. It's 30+ years-old and looks new. Best of all, it feels clean with no odors.
I feel the pricing was reasonable. The service and communication were excellent. We are very happy and recommend Black Tie Carpet.

I used Black Tie Carpet Care to steam clean and add a protectant on my carpet of our home before moving in. We ran into a minor hiccup in which I had to have some rooms re steamed. The company was very responsive, professional, and did not question one concern I had. They far exceeded my expectations and were absolutely wonderful to work with. I am also very happy with the job after it was completed! Quentin cleaned our home and he was very professional and respectful. I would use this company again, as well as recommend them to others!

Clyde was fabulous! Arrived on time, cheerfully introduced himself, scoped out the carpets and sofa, determined the best trajectory for his equipment and completed the job in a timely manner. We’re waiting to return furniture to their rightful places only after the carpets are adequately dry, per Clyde. All looks and smells terrific.

Professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Black Tie and all of their awesome employees helped me to schedule an appointment (as well as a follow up) for our carpet and rug cleaning. Our dog had urinated in several areas, and things are smelling better now. Thanks, Black Tie! :)

Clyde was my technician and he was very sweet. We communicated very easily, and he got the job done very fast while he asked plenty of questions getting to know me. That was very cool of him in my opinion, lots of business are very professional, and everything is business. I enjoyed his presence and his kindness. Would definitely recommend him and Black Tie Carpet!

We have used them several times and they never disappoint! They show up on time looking extremely professional. We’ve tried other companies that are ‘cheaper’, but the quality is never as good AND the service is never as professional. I’d recommend them every single time to anyone for your cleaning needs!
