Brian came out and did a thorough check of my system, talking me thru each step and explaining everything. Very professional, courteous, and methodical throughout. So glad I found Comfort King and have already passed out two of his cards to my neighbors. Highly recommend!

Honest, Honest, Honest!!!! That's what I have to say about this company. I called Conroe Air, now name changed to Integrity. They ran my credit. I was approved for $8,000. They quoted me $8,000 for a rental mobile home! I called Comfort Makers. Same thing...ripoff! But, I called Mike @ Comfort King. Just when he first got started. Many years ago. He quoted the same house...$5,300. AND, I got a much better warranty and a TRAIN!! Then, he came out a year later and replaced a little something that went out. Covered by warranty. He is so nice and honest. I'm glad to see he is growing his business! He deserves it!

UPDATE: Just had another wonderful experience with The Comfort King! I now live in a different house, since my last review. The heater unit in this home stopped heating. We were freezing! They came out and tried for two days to fix it replacing parts that were so old, like 1980's old!...so I wouldn't have to buy a complete unit. They got it up and running!!!! Which gave us a little more time before having to replace it! Paid under $250!!! Brian was great!

We’ve been on their maintenance checkups with Garrett and we finally decided to replace our system and do so other needed work. Garrett is so friendly and thorough. We definitely appreciate him.

The comfort king installed a new condenser, furnace, and all new air ducts. I had 6 other companies provide estimates. Comfort King was very competitive and thorough with their estimate. Install crew was professional but could have some fun. I would recommend giving comfort king an opportunity to take care of your heating and cooling needs. They took great care of me, and I am positive they will do the same for you.

Mike and his team were great to work with! We had a consultation to see why our ac wasn't cooling the house. We took our time and asked a lot of questions which Mike was always efficient in giving us an honest answer. In the end we went with a new unit and after we made that choice Mike was out with a team and had the old unit out and new one in very smoothly. He was great to work with and I will always look to him in the future. I give him 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

Terrific service and very professional. We are selling our house and the inspector indicated that our air units needed servicing so we called and King AC came out the same day. We were a little concerned as the inspector made it sound like there were serious issues with the units.

Service tech arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and courteous. He needed to check all three units for “sweating and fungi growth” and an exhaust pipe that may have been improperly installed. He checked all units carefully and found that there were no issues and units were performing properly and within code. He explained that the “sweating” And fungi growth is normal for the Houston climate and completely harmless. He also reported that the exhaust pipe was done per code. Couldn’t have been happier with the service provided. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I've used Comfort King, and I've been very pleased both times.

The first time, one of my AC condenser motors went out right after Harvey. I called some of the bigger names, but most laughed when I asked how quickly they could come out. Then I called Comfort King, who got someone out that very day, even though I live in the Lake Houston area a fair distance from the Woodlands. I read him the motor part number over the phone, and he came with part in hand and got me up and running on the spot. The price was very competitive.

The second time, our HVAC blower went down last Friday afternoon right before another big storm and a forecast for a cold weekend. We have a week-old baby at home, so even though I called after 3pm on a Friday with flooding forecast for that night, the technician, Brian, braved the storm to attempt the hour-long drive to make it to my house that evening. Road conditions forced him to turn back, but I greatly appreciated the effort. He was able to fit us in the very next morning, quickly determined the problem, and came back Monday (when the parts vendors opened) and fixed the problem. Had it not been for the storm and the parts stores being closed on weekends, he would have had us fixed up that afternoon. Had we used one of the bigger companies, I'll bet that whole process would have taken a couple weeks. Again, the price was very competitive.

I can't say enough good things about this company. There are a lot of players in this business who are more interested in selling you stuff you don't need than in promptly fixing your problem, but these guys are there to help you. I will definitely use them again.

Garrett and his install team did a great job with our AC and Heater replacement! From the first estimate meeting throughout the installation, they were absolute professionals. Competitive price and great service. Can't be believe how quiet the unit is and how quickly it cools.

AC wouldn't come on and I had exhausted my meager HVAC knowledge, so I called Comfort King and they had a technician there within 4 hours. Garrett arrived on schedule and was courteous/professional. He had no problem with quickly assessing and troubleshooting my AC and thermostat issue. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my HVAC system and how he was going to fix it. There was no BS pressure to try and upsell me on services and never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I am very impressed with the level of service from Garrett and Comfort King, I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

I worked with Comfort King through my warranty company. Garret and Brian were very responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They ended up replacing a coil and repairing a leak outside on the unit. House is cool and family is happy. Thanks Comfort King!!

Had an EXCELLENT experience with Comfort King! An actual person answered when I made an after hours called and they were able to get to my service scheduled the next day. Garrett was fantastic at explaining everything. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will definitely call on them again.

Great company from the free quote to the whole install. I had 3 other companies come out to give quotes and all 3 wanted to sell me more than I needed. Comfort King came out told me what they would do if it was their own home ( which is exactly what I wanted to do ) and gave me options. Noe and his crew did a outstanding job installing everything even with a couple of hiccups he keep me well informed the whole time. Would highly recommend them as the fairest company I talked to the last few days.

Garrett just left our home for an independent evaluation of our current system , assessment of repairs and possible replacement of the system. Garrett is honest, logical, offered free guidance and presented reasonable cost effective solutions to solve our current issues. His prices are in-line/less than competitors. Plan on using his services and encourage others to contact him and work with him. Great young man, honest and trustworthy!

This is a late post, but at the beginning of January when our heating system went out, Garrett at Comfort King came to our rescue. I noticed the high quality customer service from the get-go when as soon as I called, I got to speak to a very kind voice on the other line. She took my info and scheduled a service call for later that evening. Just a couple hours later, Garrett called me and told me he could move up the appointment to an earlier time, should I choose so. I appreciated that attention to the urgency. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected the system and said the issue was very minor and he had the part with him. It was a 10 minute fix. He also gave us the price, which I could not believe. If he were dishonest he could’ve easily taken advantage of us in our vulnerable state (as next day temps were in the high 20’s). Only after the service call did we find out that he is the owner, which just added to my appreciation of their top-notch service. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and truly outstanding customer care. I call it care because he conscientiously went above and beyond our expectations to make our home comfortable and safe from the elements. He is definitely in our home maintenance “rolodex” now :)

I called them for the first time today and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule and take care of our problem within a few hours of my call.

The A/C guy has been part of the family for years now and has repaired and even replaced an entire system, A/C and Heat outside unit and attic unit as well as various repairs for family members homes too.

It has been a long time coming for this review, apparently my original review was removed or discarded as I discovered when coming back to update it on Google.

I can't be the only one with positive feedback on this company but apparently one of only a few that took the time, ''Finally'' to express my positive opinion of this outfit.
