The A/C guy has been a great resource whenever we’ve needed service on our home’s air conditioning system. They are responsive, professional, courteous, and they do great work. Wesley and his team are the best!

Excellent service from all three.

I have nothing but excellent experience with the AC Guy. When my AC went out yesterday evening, they came at 7 this morning and immediately found the issue. It was caused by a part under warranty so no charge. This company is really the best! Highly recommend!!

Wesley is awesome! It's hard to find a great AC tech and I'm so glad we found him. So professional, honest and reliable.

Can't say enough good things about The A/C Guy. Bought a large a/c system for my home from them years ago. And it's been running great until recently during the hot summer. They came over the same day (on a Monday) and performed maintenance and fixed the issues. Kudos to their office manger Tina and to Wes for all that they do. Great job!

Edit: August 2023… the AC Guys just installed a 3.5 ton Trane unit in my home. On time, and excellent installation and service. Highly recommended for a great, honest job.

Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were quick to complete inspection, provided pictures and recommendations. They also advised on preventative measures and lowering of costs.

I have had multiple jobs including emergency calls and diagnosis, thermostat installations, and even gas line work when a roofer nailed through Freon. Exceptional service every time from him and his office.

At home by myself with an infant while my husband is deployed and woke up to a freezing cold house. Wesley and the team from A/C Guy LLC were able to get here within an hour to fix the issue while also explaining to me what had happened. I couldn’t be more grateful for the quick and thorough service while also providing transparency in what we were being charged for.

I have used the services of The A/C Guy for a number of years. Wesley and his staff are always responsive to his customer's needs. His work is done right the first time. He explains what needs to be done so that a layman can understand. His work and the equipment he installs is always of top quality and a good value.

These guys were absolutely wonderful. My ac stopped cooling. I called them and they came by same day. The man that came to my house was very professional,polite and found and fixed all my ac problems. Also they are very reasonable priced. I did not feel over charged at all. Very fair company. I would recommend them to the people I love and respect.

Wesley and Brandon went above and beyond expectations and hope. We're good until spring and I know they are there if I need them. BTW - Cynthia is a keeper. When she calls I'm happy I answered and I feel better just talking to her. Attitude and charisma are everything in telephone customer service. She has both.

Wesley with The A/C Guys quickly responded to a call with our AC going out and replaced the evaporator coil the same day. A few months later we were having a issues and tested the system and found a leak had formed in the new evp coil. They warranty the part out and took care of the reinstall. They stand behind their products and labor to provide top notch custom service. Would highly recommend them for their professional work and customer service.

Absolutely stellar service. Time for summer check up.. Office scheduler very quick to make sure tech came when it was convenient for me to make sure my unit was up to the projected summer heats! It’s Houston, it’s hot 🥵.. they care about you! I felt Brando ,the tech, was thorough in his review of my unit AND changed my filters that I had on hand. Brandon and Wesley were polite and professional while in my home. The service was performed efficiently and explained well to me. They even showed up on the earlier side of the two hour window!

In 2019 this company gave us a fair deal on a used hvac system. They helped with financing and the part the finance company wouldn't cover, they allowed us to make payments on until we paid it off. The "special" treatment was the result of a personal connection, so I assumed any future service needs would be handled seamlessly. Well, over the last few years there have been multiple issues, but the biggest problem seems to be the ridiculous attempt at installing all of our duct work. It literally looks like a rat's nest of ducting. So they left everything so long that there's barely any room to put anything in the attic. Everything is going crisscross over each other, a lot of ducts are just laying on the floor and the ones that managed to be hung were hung with plastic tie wraps, nailed to the trusses and are in really tight bends. We have various hot spots in 5 rooms as a result. Where the ducts were connected at the equipment, plastic tie wraps were also used instead of worm clamps and with temp changes in Houston the tie wraps have stretched and allowed several duct start points to fall away from their attachment points. They came out a couple times after initial installation to do a couple of things but eventually they just stopped returning my calls and I have moved on to other HVAC thieves who try to sell me ALL types of "needed" repairs. All a person can do is get multiple estimates when there's a problem and I'm my opinion, stay far away from any "company memberships". All those are good for is opening yourself up to the technicians ideas of taking more money from you, so they can get bigger bonuses or commissions. So take this review with a grain of salt, I think the biggest problem with the initial installation that is now failing, was leaving unexperienced techs to finish up a job and it not being checked out by the management/owner/trained supervisor type person. Mr. Wesley did an amazing job. He is very honest and showed us everything so we know exactly what he was talking about. He went around and answered all of my questions and fixed the problems we had. He gave us needed advice and took care of everything in a timely manner. Very happy with the service. This is the second time we have used The A/C Guy, LLC and it won’t be the last. The guy helping and working hard alongside Mr. Wesley was very nice and hard working as well.

Glad someone referred me to The A/C Guys for my HVAC needs. Called them and they were able to come out the next day, fabulous! Fair pricing on good, reliable service's.
