This is the second time I've had them out to check my heater before starting it every winter. Each time they were prompt and courteous. I have an older heater, I they could have easily told me that it needed work done. They didn't, when it does need work or when the AC needs replacing they will be the first one I call.

Prompt, friendly, happy to help, efficient. Have been using them for decades! They check my system twice a year.

I have used the A/C guy several times. I had them install a new system at my Mother's house, our old house, and now to fix a blown motor on the new house. Always accomodating, fast work and great team. I have found my A/C Guy.

This company is VERY honest, prompt and professional. They go over and above to help educate the homeowner on best practices and will work with you to make sure you're getting the right solution --- and fast!!! They are amazing to work with - highly recommend them!

I called them when my A/C motor died. They came out to take a look and charged $90 for diagnostic. They said they would call the next day to give me a quote for the repair.

They called and wanted $500 to replace the motor and $1000 to replace some disconnects. That's outrageous.

I called another repair guy. He came and replaced the motor for $350. My A/C is working fine since.

Be careful with this company, very dishonest people.

What a great 1st impression..the service tech showed up on time and was very professional. He took pictures of everything he recommends we fix and even explained why we should fix them in a way I could understand!!! Look forward to working with The A/C Guy for many years to come!!!

Adam and Ken are the real deal! They arrived on time, gave a fair and honest quote, assured me that I didn’t need as much work done as others told me I needed, and did an excellent install of 2 AC and furnace units. Once complete, they explained in detail the work they did as well as stayed late to finish install in one day due to cold temps tonight. And to top it off they left our place cleaner than when they arrived. I’m very proud to call this company my AC/Furnace guys! Adam even provided his cell for me to call or text any time I need anything! These guys deserve a raise! it’s guys like this that take a company to the next level!

Had 2 new complete heat/ac systems installed. Service was completed in 2 days of ordering and at a fair price. We have used The AC Guy for service for the past 10 years and have always had a very good experience

We only had one appointment and it felt competent but pushy. Charged $125 per pound filling R410A which seems excessive since you can get it for less 25$ online. And I am sure she gets an even better price. According to Angie list a 25 pound container in the Houston area should cost 140-380$ including labor for replacement. Moving on.
