So thankful!! Desperately needed a/c service on a Saturday. Technician was sent out in a couple of hours. Drew was great, diagnosed the problem and was able to secure the part. He returned in no time and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend these folks!! Thank you!!

Called and they came out on the same day! Honest company. The other people I called tried to take advantage of me and wanting me to repair things I didn’t need. Air on time came did their diagnostics and found the issue! Had nothing to do with the repairs the other company wanted me to pay for. Highly recommend air on time!

Justin came to my home And within 30 minutes he found the problem. He had to order the parts and 2 days later when the parts came in he came to my house and within an hour and a half had everything fixed and done it sure does work good!

In today’s times, it’s hard to pick out a great AC service company. We were recommended to Air On Time AC through Amana corporation to work on our high-tech new AC system. Not only did they accept our call and get right on the job, follow up and scheduling was great. Our tech, Charlie, knew his stuff and rapidly pinpointed about three issues. We had been having problems with intermittent interruptions. He repaired the problems, pointed them out and used his equipment to actually. “talk to the unit“ and reset some of the parameters for efficiency operation. Excellent courteous and professional crew headed by Charles and Justin and all with substantial company seniority. Very easy and transparent experience from beginning to end. The whole process of new ducts and AC took only 3 days in a two story 3k plus sf home. I highly recommend Air On Time.

Woke up to the a/c not working, called to get an appointment. An hour later Charlie shows up, preforms his magic, now I’m cold. Everyone from this Company is just as nice as can be. Your service is very fast and your technicians are very knowledgeable and prepared. I called in the morning that my heater was out, you arraigned an approximate time that they would be there, you called me when they were on their way and my heater was fixed within an hour of them getting here. You all did a great job!!

My furnace broke during the storm and I called Air On Time. Charlie was here in 30 minutes, immediately identified the issue and ordered the part that was needed. He was able to reset and do a temp fix for overnight when temps were going to drop into the teens. As promised, he was here the next day with the part and it was all fixed in less than 24 hours! Honestly the best service I have ever had for an emergency issue.
