I had a house full of family, cooking a big meal and generating lots of heat when we realized the system was not cooling at all. Integrity was very quick to respond to my initial call, and kept me well informed concerning when to expect a tech to arrive. Tech arrived slightly earlier than promised, found the problem quickly and even let it cool for a while before taking it down to do a more permanent fix. Tech was polite and articulate, and explained the problem thoroughly before leaving.

I'm extremely thrilled with the service and honesty of Integrity. They came out to our home on short notice and explained the issues we were having with our furnace. They explained it could be 1 or 2 parts that needed to be replaced. They were aware we were willing to pay for both parts but as it turned out it was only the cheaper of the 2 parts that needed replaced. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and everything is running fine now. I highly recommend Integrity. Thanks TJ and Erica

Austin (the Technician who responded to our call) did a great job. He was very professional and quickly found the problem. He checked out the entire unit (inside and out) even though he had found the problem when he first started his inspection. He showed me the condition of the coil by taking a picture which gave me a much better view than if I had tried to get in position to see it directly. He explained his Company's Club Membership program and gave me some very good information on how to rid my unit of some mold, mildew, and other growth inside the unit from the moisture. He was very informative and thorough. The service I received made me choose to sign up as a Club Member because I felt Integrity Air is a Company I can trust and the rate for the Club Membership is very fair considering what you get for your money. I am a real estate agent and I come across a lot of different air conditioning repair companies, but Integrity Air is the most impressive I've found in my 17 years as a real estate agent. I will definitely put them at the top of my list of companies for air conditioner and heater work. The fact that Integrity Air is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week is great too. And, their service calls are the same price as they are during the normal work day. I signed up for their Club Membership for five years and I am looking forward to having confidence that I have an AC Company that I can trust and feel will be fair when I need work done on my equipment. Air tech helped me find my leak in my bathroom. My tech was Roland , he was very informative and courteous. Roland replaced my faucet the same day. All fixed we are very happy with the Air tech team. Thank you for your help

Really can't rate because I never get the same service man. But I can tell you one thing in September everything was good on maintenance check now today they want me to pay almost$500.00 to clean my system that I pay a maintenance fee every year of between $100.00 & $200.00 for. Plus I paid over $1000.00 to have warranty on parts and labor for10 yrs. I feel like Integrity is a money pit. Not happy😡

Henry was on time and friendly. He didn't push a lot of expensive repairs on us. The work that was needed on our old unit was documented with photos, so I could actually see that what he suggested was necessary. He was able to make the repairs the same day. We are very satisfied.

Huy did an excellent job diagnosing our air conditioner problems and fixing and improving our whole system. He was professional, careful, willing to explain the problems and show what he was doing to fix them. I was very impressed with the high quality of his work. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out right away and fix the problem all in about an hour and a half. Beyond grateful and they have a client for life. Highly recommend!

While (thankfully) we don't need anything major right now, he took the time to explain things that will likely need to be replaced in the future as well as make recommendations based on my family's needs. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them with the utmost confidence.

I had service to my system today by one of Integrity's technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general. Integrity, this guy is an asset to your company! You are lucky to have him!

The technician Dustin, arrived when expected and very quickly fixed the problem, he was fantastic! They do not charge extra for late night service calls and provide professional workmanship.

A/C quit working over the weekend and didn’t receive a call back until Monday morning. But I can say that Eric did respond first thing Monday morning and was very apologetic and when he did arrive, he found the problem quickly. He was kind and informed me that my husband needs to keep the filters cleaned every 6 months for the unit to work efficiently 👌😜 Thank you Eric for your fast service!!
