I can't say enough about AirNow services. Dave and Mike came and took care of my AC problem they were both very informative about the process. They went above and beyond I will recommend your company to everyone I know. Dave came out to give my husband and I an estimate after we had already spoken to another contractor. I really liked the way he went over everything that was needed and explained how it would work, and true to his word that is exactly what happened, no hidden fees or surprises and they were here all day, left when everything was perfect :)

Should have called them first but I used another company that said I needed a new AC unit and to repair my old unit would be $2,000. Air now came out found the issue in 20 minutes and got my old AC working again for significantly cheaper than the other company. They did advise my unit is old and would need to be replaced but for now it’s working fine. Air now has gained a lifetime customer, honesty goes a long way. Thank you

All of the workers that I have dealt with at AirNow have been very professional and respectful. They have been very careful around our house and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend them for your HVAC or generator needs.

From the moment I talked to Tracy on the phone, I knew that I had made the right choice for my service call. She was able to get the service technician Eric out to my house within a couple of hours. He was able to determine what had happened with my air conditioning, explained the problem to me, then went in search of the root cause of its failure. Throughout the entire process he explained what he was finding and what that implied. He was on the phone with the manufacturer of the other brand product that was installed, checking to verify warranty status, part numbers, and other information that they were able to provide. Ultimately he provided me with my options and his recommendations. When I decided to replace the unit with Carrier, he started immediately checking to see if what I needed was in stock. He also arranged for the installation crew, Kenny and Ian, to come over as soon as they finished the project they were working on. They were all very courteous and professional throughout the entire process. I definitely was pleased and would not hesitate to call AirNow Services for any future needs.

Absolutely the best company out there! They were the only ones that came out on Sunday night to make sure we don’t suffer through this Texas heat! The tech that came out is one of the coolest people ever!! You will always have our business and we will recommend you to everyone we know! Airnow was amazing and answered all my detailed questions for several days in a row. The service was top notch, informed, and the price was lower than the quote, which never happens. Also it helps that the staff are not robots cranking out a quota when you talk to them over the phone, they were personable which is a plus. I honestly don't know why you would go with someone else.

I've owned multiple homes over the past nearly fifty years and NEVER met a more professional installer than Charlie and his team.
No wonder they are repeat Carrier Presidents' Club recipients.

Charles at AirNow Services was very professional, courteous, punctual, and very attentive to details. I had moved into a new home and the original installation was not up to spec. I had originally called him to come out to look at my gas furnace is that would not light. He quickly knew what was wrong with the furnace, and while he was up in the attic, he looked over my AC unit and explained to me that the original installation was wrong. He advised me what needed to be done i’ll bring it up to spec. I am mechanically inclined, and After looking into the A/C system over myself I knew exactly what he was talking about. He was spot on with no pressure to change it, as it was running but not running very efficiently… I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anybody for their professionalism, honesty and quick response to my problem.

Great service. I had issues with my old a/c unit and thought it needed replacement. But they came out and was able to save it for another year. I was able to save up enough during that time and Air Now replaced the unit a year later. The price was competitive to other quotes I received. Charlie and Dave were excellent in doing the replacement. They communicated well and kept me informed. They are a five star service.

I’ve never used an another HVAC company, and I never will. Air Now is always on time, always friendly, always communicative, and always fair. Thanks for getting me up and running so quickly!

I am very disappointed in this place that I am using for the first time. I do not like dishonesty and when people are not upfront with additional charges/fees. My husband was quoted one price and when the tech came out and gave a different price. We were charged a fee for them to use a warranty that we have on our AC as a part of a new build home that we have. All of the other companies that we called did not charge a fee for a part that was covered under warranty. Had we been told this upfront I would have went elsewhere. I think that is why they did not tell us. I do not appreciate dishonest companies and I do not recommend that you use them. They will reel you in with one price and charge another when showing up to complete the job!!!

Side note: My husband said that tech Eric was very nice and excellent.

Had a complete new system inside and out and new duct work installed last week. Wan and Luis did a great job on the installation. Very neat, courteous and attentive to details. Mr Charles then returned several days later and inspected the work and made sure we got everything we paid for. I highly recommend AirNow Services.

I’ve used AirNow Services for several years. They’ve always been prompt and professional.
Today Ian S. was my service pro. He was professional and thoroughly checked everything. He explained all the steps he was taking, and maintenance he performed (drain pipe clearing), and answered all my questions.
I have recommended this company to friends and family.

I highly recommend AirNow Services. My first experience was in early June 2018 at 11pm when Charles actually answered the phone when I called about an issue! Fast forward to August 2018 and a system replacement was required. The old one had had enough and most of it was original to the house (1995, 23yo) anyway. New system was installed (Carrier VS19) and it's is amazing! The install team was very professional; arrived as scheduled, explained everything they would be doing, laid protective pads on floor, installed the system, cleaned flooring and gave tutorial. They even gave minor updates along the way. Additionally, Charles came over a few weeks later to do a QC check on the system and walk me thru any questions I may have. I am pretty sure that is not the norm these days. Usually it's get your money as fast as possible and you better hope for the best. They are always thorough, they stand behind everything they do and are excellent at Customer Service. FYI - They even go as far as registering your new system with Carrier themselves to enhance the factory warranty to 10 years. Though something very simple, that is typically left to the consumer and it is easily missed, costing you 5 years on the equipment warranty.

Again I highly recommend AirNow Services and will be utilizing them in the future, if ever required!

I called in the afternoon to schedule a service call to validate concerns arising from a home inspection on a home I am selling. I spoke with Tracy who was exceedingly nice and very helpful. When she told me the earliest appointment available was the following day, I simply responded with I was home today, and before I could continue to offer an alternative, she fit me in for a same day appointment. The experience only got better from there, as Eric arrived at my house in around an hour after the phone call. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and after his inspection he did a thorough job of explaining his findings. In my case, there were no needed repairs, but I happily paid the trip charge because they exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a great first impression and I will certainly call on AirNow again for my HVAC needs.

The HVAC company "AirNow Services" are at the top of their profession. Charles showed me what the difference is between “Good Service” and “Exceptional Service.” We’ve lived in Gleannloch Farms for almost two years now and have generally received good service from various other venders. When a part was needed for our failed Air-conditioner, I listened while Charles spoke on his cell phone to his parts distributer. I was impressed with the respect and shared sense of urgency his distributor displayed on a Saturday morning. It indicated to me that AirNow’s reputation has leaped out in front of them. As a NASA/JSC front-room controller for six years, (Call sign, “GC"), you quickly learn who the exceptional performers are on your team because those are the people you go to for support during critical periods. AirNow is now on my list of “Exceptional Performers.”

The owner of AirNow, Charles, came out and identified a Freon leak in our system. A quote was given for the work to be performed and Ian, his son, arrived with a co-worker to do the installation of a new evaporator coil. They were professional, courteous and careful to protect our floors and property. Two weeks later, Ian returned and checked their work to ensure everything was up to their standards, and that we were nothing less than completely satisfied. A really nice touch from a family owned business. I would definitely recommend their services for any HVAC issues anyone may have. Thank you AirNow Services for your professionalism and courtesy.

AirNow has been a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend. They went out of their way in the heat of summer to make sure they could get our unit up and running within 24 hours. They have fixed problematic issues that were caused by other technicians at a more than reasonable price and never backed away from a challenge. Their professionalism and customer service has been top notch. Once again, highly recommend!

We had AC issues recently, our blower motor went out 😫 the part alone costs 700! Thankfully it was under warranty...that being said, we reached out to multiple people and everyone quoted 800-900, we found AirNow Services and the reviews were AMAZING.

I called Mr. Charles and spoke with him, before coming out he quoted 600 if under warranty. They got the part we needed, came out to fix it this week and were done in about 15-20 minutes. We paid less than 600

So if you need a great AC Company, I highly recommend AirNow Services. Hopefully we won't need them again but if we do have issues, we'll definitely be using them from now on. Great customer service, honest, talked with me for quite some time and way more affordable than everyone else we talked to or saw!
