Charles was very professional. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called as my heater was not working. Charles quickly ordered the defective parts for my furnace and got us up and running within couple days. Very helpful and totally satisfied with Charles and AirNow Service.

My AC blew up on Aug 29 (worst time for something like that in South Texas). Reached out to AirNow. They came in early next morning, figured that the unit is irreparable (2004 model) and came back next early morning to install the new one. Very dependable and punctual. By noon of that day I had it installed and by EOD temperatures everywhere in the house were back to low again. The new AC they installed so far performs well. Based on my experience I can recommend this service provider.

Charles and team installed our unit and did an awesome job. Tuned it top to bottom for airflow efficiency and performance. Most impressive he didn’t ask for balance the day install was done like others, it was not due until I was 100% satisfied!! Exceptional customer service continues after install, came to house last night to look at some error codes to make sure all ok. Highly recommend this team!

We had new AC system installed about a year ago and they were professional and did great work. Most recently, we had them come out to do spring maintenance on the system - as always, professional and engaging. They got right to work and explained what they did and suggested some general maintenance we could do to help the system continue to run efficiently.

The technician arrived right on time!!! He performed a check up, found the problem and fix it right away!!! He then proceded to explain to me step by step the process! Friendly and honest plus clear explanations . I highly recommend them.

Mickey and his team were absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional, kind, and so helpful. My husband was at work while they came to replace our entire air conditioning unit and system, and Mickey was not only patient with me, he got on the phone with my husband to explain everything. We heard about them by word of mouth and will be telling everyone about them in the future!

I originally inquired about having a small AC unit installed to be dedicated to our Master Bedroom and Bath. After reviewing the problem, they recommended zoning as a more cost effective option. We had it installed about 2 weeks ago and the system has performed great. They were super responsive and professional. The installation crew took extra care to make sure they left everything super clean. I’d highly recommend these guys!

ACTexas is an amazing company who has highly skilled technicians and provide quality service. They are reasonable and have excellent customer service. In my case, I had a home warranty with First American Home Warranty (iffy company) when my AC unit had the compressor go out. Even though the AC unit was still under warranty and even though I had a Home Warranty, both AC Companies who came to inspect my AC unit wanted to charge me $1,061 and $810 respectively. I did not trust either of these companies and chose to forgo using my Home Warranty and went with ACTexas. I am so glad I did bcz they repaired my AC unit super quick and addressed all my concerns. I would rather pay a little more and trust the company than give my money to unscrupulous companies. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and am glad I did. I highly recommend ACTexas.

OUR TECH NAMED JOHNNY IS A LIFE SAVER! I called a few AC companies and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix AC items that really didn’t need to be replaced at the moment. Johnny came to my home and represented his company in a super professional and prompt manner. He fixed the AC issue in less than 20 mins and might have saved my marriage. Thanks again Johnny!
