I'd highly recommend Air On Time for all your residential and commercial HVAC needs. Jessica was very kind and professional, and she was able to get me scheduled quickly and for a time that met my needs. The tech Charlie arrived on time and was very professional. He thoroughly inspected my system, diagnosed the issues that other AC companies did not find, and explained the repairs needed in a way that was easy for me to understand. Air On Time is who I will recommend to my friends and family for HVAC maintenance, repairs and installation!

I am very impressed with the work by Air On Time. As stated by their name they showed up on-time. When I asked James for extra items, he finished the project on-time and under budget. The air conditioning has never worked so well. And it's quiet. I never realized how loud the system was when it couldn't breathe properly. DR just fixed a leaking coolant hose / thermostat on my 1984 Honda ES-6500 generator ... he is a magician and AOT is simply the BEST. Stop looking and just call them.

Always on time with their service calls! The techs are so polite, professional, and informative about the service performed. They never sell you services or repairs that are not needed. Always excellent pricing! IF you have ac you need to call AOT to service it!

They are the only couple company that actually cared about their customer in my memory. They stayed in touch while waiting for the part with almost daily updates. The day the part showed up they were here to install it and that fixed my problem that two others companies charged me but not did not fix the problem but would Evan answer my calls. Highly recommend these people.

Charlie is awesome and always does an amazing job. We only call Air On Time when we need something. They have always made us a priority and show up normally day of calling. We have had multiple things done with our HVAC over the last few years. Today was a service for HVAC. $89 per unit.

I chose AOT mechanical from a list on the Internet because it wasn’t a large multi office company, they were local, they answered their phones, and they had a lot of experience with servicing mini split systems. I would never call a company with a toll-free phone number or an Angie or anyone advertised by a national business. They were easy to speak with and I got the impression that they put Quality over sales.

The technician came when he said he would, and after five minutes of telling him the problem with my system, he made it clear to me that he was very knowledgeable on the mini split ductless system. He was pleasant, respectful, and got right to work in a very systematic method of trying to locate the issue with my four units. He worked hard and diligently, and I was very very impressed.
He was very open and transparent. He let me know what he was going to do and what the cost would be before he started it. I really respect that. JUSTIN had obviously a ton of experience behind him and is familiar with a number of brands of mini split systems. The company that came to look at and repair my system yesterday was quite the opposite. They sent a young man with barely having worked on five systems and tried to make me believe that each of my units was in dire need of replacement. JUSTIN in his own special way, turned a bad day into a wonderful day because he had them working at a fraction of the cost that was expected.

JUSTIN had built quite a bit of trust in his word and I think that trust is a very important part of a technician/homeowner relationship.

They may not be the least expensive company out there, but the saying "you get what you pay for" definitely applies to Integrity. Top of the line equipment and the service is the best I have ever had bar none, from the sales people to the ladies in the office, a pleasure to deal with.

Called at 5am on a Sunday and a real person answered the phone. Yes a real person! They made an appointment for Sunday morning at 8am. Yes Sunday at 8 am! Dustin was here at 8am. We thought we were going to be without air conditioning for a day or two but Dustin fixed the problem in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and you can beat the service! Doesn't get better than this!

When your air goes out in the Texas heat you are looking to get someone out to you ASAP. After calling four other companies this one was able to get someone out to me in a couple hours... turns out it was not worth the quick service. After the technician checked everything out he told me what part needed to be replaced and that it would be $300 (just for the part itself, not anything about the labor) Me knowing nothing about A/C assumed this was correct and signed off on it. Once he finished the service he left the box for the part he said he replaced. My husband looked it up and it’s only a $10 part! I wasn’t sent an invoice, I had to call for one, and once we got it we saw that he listed a completely different model part! We reached out to clarify and sent photos of the box he left and they weren’t going to do anything about it. My husband went and left a negative review and then the next day a new manager called saying they looked everything over again and realized they did bill us incorrectly... Why did it take a negative review in order to get them to own up to their mistake???

Very very nice. My air conditioner was leaking in a rental property and I live pit of state. Called them at 8pm and they came over. It was ascertained that I needed a new unit. I got a bid from them and they were more than double than the other 5 bids I acquired. Also when I started questioning the tech via texts about things he got a bit testy with me. They seem honest but way to expensive.

Tim and Tony came to work on my heater, they were here on time, help me understand what they were going to do. Had a very good customer service and took care of my problem. A job well done. They should be commended for a job well done~

Matt and his assistant came out this morning and installed a larger return air grill. They were very professional and efficient with no issues.

They also did a good job of cleaning the area once they were finished with the job.
