After a storm we started having leaks, so I called Victoria with Home Team Roofing and she came out right away and did emergency tarping for us. She is now working through the process with my landlord to help get us a new roof. She let us know it could be a very long process, but I trust that she will get it done. She has also been keeping both us and my landlord updated and has been very patient with all of our questions.

We recently had our roof replaced by Home Team Roofing. We worked with Brandon and Evan. The whole experience was very easy. Brandon explained everything to us and was very thorough. There was no hard sell.

Isaiah has been amazing. My initial claim was denied by State Farm, Isaiah was in the neighborhood, replacing another roof and he took on the challenge. He got the full roof replacement approved via insurance. The process was smooth, and I did not have to do anything except receiving updates from him and company via texts/emails. Within a week of approval, my roof was replaced. The crew was professional, started bright and early and finished well before sunset. Not only that, Isaiah came down to my home a few times before the installation, explaining each line items of the insurance approval, and how it will go. he also suggested me the upgrade to UHTZ shingles for a minimal charge, which will save me hundreds in my home insurance for coming years. I strongly recommend Isaiah and his company (The Home Team Roofing) for all kinds of roof work. I have already recommended him to few of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Our roof had been battered by several big, Houston storms yet our insurance company kept rejecting our claims - until Home Team Roofing entered the battle. Chris and his team examined the outside and inside of our roof, then submitted an airtight claim to my insurance company. Approval of the claim was given and the Home Team Roofing crew showed up soon after. The claim covered new shingles, paper, AND plywood! In one day our roof was stripped down to the rafters, rebuilt, and everything cleaned afterwards. It was actually fun to watch.

I cannot thank Mason Hadley and the Home Team Roofing Company enough for the quick response and repair of our roof! We hired a contractor to remove a tree close our home in an effort to prevent future storm damage and unfortunately we incurred significant damage in the process. Mason came within 20 minutes of calling, worked with a structural engineer to assess the damage, and quoted the job within 24 hours or less. The contractor ended up not being insured and it was a stressful process while we tried to remove the remainder of the tree and plan for repairs, but Mason was there to assist every step of the way! Thank you Mason and Home Team for making a very stressful emergency job as smooth as possible for us!

I recently had Cameron Morris come out to give me a roofing quote, and I’m pretty sure this guy knows roofs the way chefs know knives. Cameron showed up on time, climbed around my roof like a mountain goat with a tape measure, and somehow managed to explain everything in a way that even I could understand.

He walked me through the condition of the roof, pointed out a few things I never would’ve noticed (which was both impressive and mildly concerning about my observational skills), and gave a clear, straightforward quote with no pressure.
