Lance and his crew are THE BEST! They replaced my system today. It went down over the weekend and a tech was out here the next morning. I’m now sitting in a cool house! The entire process went smoothly. I couldn’t be happier.

Air Support is an exceptional company. They just finished a complete heating and A/C replacement on my house today. From the start, Lance has taken the time to answer all my questions and offered multiple options for my house. Once I decided on what I wanted exactly, they were able to come out the next day. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and were some of the most professional guys I’ve ever worked with. They took the time to cover my floors and worked efficiently and very clean. The install is very neat and they took the time to make things look good that most will never see. I’m vey particular and rarely leave reviews but Lance and his company absolute earned this review. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our upstairs AC unit went out late at night. I called Lance first thing the following morning and he picked up right away and had someone out to assess within 2 hours. Gage was professional and able to identify the problem and they were able to get the parts and replace the entire unit the same day. I cannot express my gratitude enough and I am thankful for the thoroughness and knowledge they had. Highly recommend!

We noticed our A/C went out at 3:30 PM and contacted Air Support. They had a tech over that afternoon and correctly diagnosed the problem as well as set up portable A/C’s to get us through the night. The replacement condenser was ordered, delivered, and installed within 24 hours at a very fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend Air Support to anybody in need.

Another great experience with Air Support of Greater Houston! These guys take care of all of our rentals. They are fast, always ontime, and fair with price of repairs. All of our tenants are pleased with how professional and polite their techs are. They always try to repair before replace. Couldn't imagine calling anyone else.

This company is fantastic. I live above my business and they put in an entire Air conditioning system. The install team was great and fast! Lance came out to check out the 32 year old gas furnace and discovered the heat exchanger has a crack. Unfortunately this part is no longer obtainable, so he provided a reasonable quote for a new gas heater. He was able to come out first thing the morning and do the job. It looks and works great. He's replies to his calls quickly, is friendly, and takes the time to answer all your questions. He's definitely one to keep in one's contacts.
